Passing tests didn't become a problem til OST so there is a much smaller window we are considering. And there are ways people can pass the tests. Look no further than Lance Armstrong who successfully cheated for the whole 2nd half of his career. And lol at you implying that others AREN'T doing this fight now. I don't think you are the best person to discuss PED issues if you think everyone who's using is getting caught. The smarter users are years ahead of what they are currently testing for. Thats why I've suggested boxing should be doing like the Olympics does with testing samples again & again as the tests catch up with the PED usage. That said, in general When a PED test is missed or avoided, people automatically go with the fighter is dirty. Not just Manny, any fighter. PEDS in boxing is nothing new, lots of fighters have been caught using it. There you have it man. Welcome to reality. No suprise if Pacquiao used peds in the past or still is now. I mean you said it yourself, a lot of fighters today take it. It's just the dumb ones that get caught. Professional boxing is a very tough sport and to endure 12 rounds for three minutes isn't easy either. This is where PEDs help in this section. Honestly, no athlete today is clean. Some might be but highly doubt it. Who knows.

Everyone is on PEDs. Some of them are legal or haven’t been placed on the banned list yet. Like when Povetkin was on Meldonium. He was using it before it became banned but that doesn’t make the effect he got it from any less. I’m sure every single top fighter is on some PED legal or not.
