Pacquiao fought a hard fight with Keith last night. People are overlooking just how big of a task someone like Keith was for him last night. Putting aside that he clearly one (and well all know what) do you think Pac should get in the ring again with these big Welterweights?
Look at the post-fight presser. Pac talks about Keith's power and when pressed on comparing him to other opponents, he said Margarito, with out a doubt. That was his toughest fight years ago. Even then a lot of us were saying, ya know Pac should have just called it a career after that war. Looking at where the 40 yr old legend is now, would you fault him on steering away from elite full sized welterweights?
I say pulling a "Swift" because Danny Garcia has been absolutely milking his status around the 140-147 division post scraping through the Mathysse bout. Would you fault Pac doing the same type thing? Living off the Thurman win for 2-3 more years and just fighting beatable, lesser foes? Based on the "highlight" reel FoxPBC made, that's trending onYouTube, they are less then thrilled over Thurman losing to Pacquiao. They cut out the knockdown and 10th rd body shot. I mean c'mon. That being said, they should reevaluate. Maybe realize the money a 40+ yr old hof atg, Bruce Lee meets Elvis super star can bring in for 2 more years. Listen, if Pac is game for Spence then I'd say go for it and hang them up for good win or lose. Otherwise, I don't blame the guy for milking this platform for his country and all after everything he's done for the sport.
Keith Thurman isn't black. Although I will agree, PBC as of late has a "type". But it's an entertainment business at the end of the day. Why not promote fighters who jive well with the hip hop community?
Bruh Keith is black you moron
He would get a pass, but I doubt that'll be the case. He's trying to get paid.
Softest path he takes is likely Khan and then Spence rather than strait to Spence. Personally I'd rather he rematch Thurman first.

Haymon is a smart Harvard guy. He wants to attract young and financially up and coming viewers but he knows the relevant money is still going to come from hardcore fans, old white money, and corporate America.
Pacquiao is prizefighting for his people. He fighting whomever shows him the money.
PBC is disappointing. I understand it is black owned and wants to elevate blacks in boxing but they are mistreating a fellow minority who happens to be a legend. Very disappointing.
