Wonder how much Pacquiao has left. His last 2 opponents are not a true welterweights. he struggled with Horn and got robbed. But Horn was a huge welterweight, now he fights at 160.
On the other hand, Thurman looked pretty bad against Lopez.
Very true, but I think Manny's style may be bad news for Thurman. I expected Thurman to smoke Porter, but Keith had issues with the pressure from a short porter even though IMHO Porter's technique is mediocre at best.
Keith looks good early, but fades. On top of that, he back peddles the wrong way when he gets clipped with a good punch. If Manny works the body early & catches up to him close to the ropes or in a corner, It could get ugly for Thurman... Manny knows how to find openings when he smells blood and he wouldn't punch blindly/randomly like Porter. No amount of sparring can prepare Keith for the punch selection and angles Manny uses when he's got someone hurt.
I think Manny takes it, but age makes it a close call.

Pacquiao AND Roach will be surprised at how "slow" Thurman actually isnt! "Its easy to say things, but its not so easy to do them in the ring.".....it's also easy to see things in the ring, then miscalculate and underestimate an opponent who didn't look good in his last outting due to injuries.....

You seem kinda emotional about this? It's Pacquiao's fault that Thurman is talking all sorts of rubbish? Gotcha. Pac says he thinks Thurman is slower whilst Thurman is saying dumb ass **** like I'm going to retire him like a cross or some crap. Yet it's on Pacquiao? Omfg, you and Thurman need to grow the **** up.
Thurman kind of sounds like Algieri, claiming to be better technically than Pacquiao and then WHAM! dropped six times like rag doll. Thurman will find out too that you can't measure a fighter like Pacquiao based on Boxing technique
