Worst Case of "Cheating"- Crawford, Roy Jones, Ward, Kash Ali, Mike Tyson, Wlad?

In incidents where a foul of some sort occurs during a boxing match, there are often mixed opinions as to whether the offender is intentionally cheating, or only "cheating by accident", so to speak. A clear case of this is when Crawford cheated against Khan with a vicious low blow, the type of shot that the boxers among us know often takes days, if not weeks to stop hurting. But what about the following cases: Roy Jones punch on Montell Griffin when he was already down which resulted in a DQ loss for Jones.. Ward's low blows against Kovalev Kash Ali's light nibbling on David Price. Mike Tyson biting a chunk of Holyfield's ear off Wladimir's style of perpetually (essentially illegally) grabbing and clinching opponents to nullify their opportunity to do any inside work Does Crawford's illegal low blow on Khan amount to the worst case of cheating yet witnessed in the ring or could it be matched by another case of cheating? None of those examples are cheating. They are fouls. Cheating is what Jimmy Resto did, Coggi vs Gonzalez, What Margo tried to do in the Mosley fight, every drug cheat that has been caught and have slipped by... This and this is just a stupid thread. Crawford cheating against Khan? Gimme a break.

Ward was a very dirty boxer, low blows, clinches, etc. Ward vs Kesller Ward vs Kovalev. Wlad... is just Wlad... it is just disgusting and boring to watch. Tyson... yes it was out of frustration, rather than an intentional strategy going in... At that point, I don't think he cared anymore. Wlad and Ward... fighting dirty WAS their strategy.

The blow landed on the leg not the balls. Khan was not hurt and could have easily continued. Khan knew he was in with a much better fighter who was going to continue to give him a beating and knock him out. So Khan quit to get out of the fight. He had 5 minutes to rest but he quit in less than two minutes. Khan quit to avoid more punishment and getting knocked out. Crawford did nothing wrong. If you've ever received a low blow square on the crown jewels like Crawford landed on Khan, you'll already know it can shock the whole system for an inordinate period of time. Testicular shock like that causes extreme pain, swelling in the scrotum, nausea, and vomiting. It can take weeks to stop burning if you get hit on the button like Khan obviously did. Classic reaction. Why concoct stories saying the blow landed on the thigh? It was clearly an illegal low blow square on. It may well have been intentional, we can't dismiss it entirely and no amount of attempted mind-reading on your part is going to convince anyone that Crawford wasn't trying to find a way out. We all know if the tables been turned and Khan landed an illegal low blow on Crawford, putting him out of action with an illegal punch, Khan would have been instantly disqualified and Crawford announced the winner. Crawford's low blow may well be one of the worst cases of cheating we've witnessed in the ring since Kash Ali a few weeks earlier.

Bernard Hopkins should be up there. He's the Ric Flair of boxing, "dirtiest player in the game." Low blows, headbutts, slams, punch behind the head.

Can't score Tyson because he was getting headbutted intentionally, repeatedly and Tyson was always coked up. Can't count Grabomir because it's what he's best known for. Can't count Ward because those were beltline low. Crawford can't claim any of those excuses. He just got frustrated he wasn't strong enough to spark a "glass jaw", squared up and threw low.That was one of the worse fouls in boxing history but it's ok with you because Tyson was head butted and coked up. Trinidad for throwing low on Vargas after Vargas had him rocked. Vargas was on his way to stopping Tito at that point. Tito with his gift over Oscar, the blantant low blow vs Vargas and the questionable hand wraps is possibly the worst cheater ever.
