Pulev looks the part, so it could be sold, but whether the people who bought it would enjoy it is another matter. And once they're on board, Fury and Arum want to keep them there till the Wilder fight.
There's also Pulev's IBF mando spot to consider.
Arum will feed him bums until he makes the Wilder rematch. My guess is it ends up being another Schwarz level guy.

Now the question is just who Fury will face in his fall tune-up. After the ease in which he dispatched Schwarz, there will be some public pressure and expectation for him to face a more respected foe. World-ranked Kubrat Pulev makes sense given his record (27-1, 14 KOs), with his lone loss coming against Klitschko in 2014, as well as his association with Top Rank.

I doubt it. Fury vs Pulev would probably be a tactical chess match type fight which wouldn't appeal to the casual US fans who Arum is selling Fury too.
Fury vs BB Miller would be a much better match up. The cazzies would love that one, from the first presser to final bell.

ESPN has suggested Pulev is next.

This should be great news for Jarrell Miller, because if these rumors are true, then there will be no random VADA drug testing for this fight. You know Tyson. He doesn't do those :lol1:
:love: beat me to it. "Battle of the PED users"
Boxing has always been a cesspool, aside from loading gloves or administering a noxious substance boxing commissions barely care about PED's. Read about Roid Jones, Shane Moseley and Balco, both should have been banned similar to track and field athletes and neither got more than a slap on the wrist.
Unbelievable if true, and if it happens just shows everyone involved does not give a single ***** about a clean sport. Commission, promoter & ranking orgs should be ashamed of themselves if he isn't out for at least 2 years. 6 months is no deterrent at all, if anything it is a nudge and wink, don't get caught but go ahead.
