Tyson Fury outclassed Germany's Tom Schwarz to score a victory by second-round technical knockout Saturday. Fury, determined to put on a show on his Las Vegas debut, overwhelmed Schwarz with a dazzling display of ringcraft before unloading in the second round at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Again, that would have averaged out to only $12 million apiece. (with everything included) No matter what Wilder said his team is smarter than that. Wilder picked up $12 million for Breazale and will get another 12 for another can and make $40 million for the rematch.
It's always about the Benjamin.
Wilder offered Fury an immediate rematch and a 50/50 purse split.
It was Fury who ducked and ran off to join Bob Arum. Never forget that.
Seriously? Miller, Breazeale and Schwartz were all designed to be a showcase KO for the casuals. That's how you turn a $10 million dollar rematch into $40 million.
Make no mistake, Ruiz was always going to be a problem for AJ just like Wyhte is a problem for Wilder. The difference is that Eddie doesn't control enough fighters to force Wilder into the ring with Wyhte.
After Miller, Haymon dangled Wilder vs Wyhte for big money and Dillon bit on it. AJ went to another Haymon fighter and they said no but did offer Ruiz, a style nightmare for Joshua and he took it. The fight should never have happened, Eddie took the gamble and lost because he missed the set up. It was brillant.
As for AJ, he'll get his belts back in a stinker. It's possible that Ruiz may realize he's getting skunked and goes for broke but in that case, Ruiz gets stopped this time around.
None of this is that difficult to see, it's all there, just follow the money.

Rematch will happen, it's in his contract . Ofcourse the rematch won't happen because of that on shot that almost killed Fury. Did you read my post? The so called robbery nor Top rank had absolutely nothing to do with that punch. But Top rank will help Fury duck. 🦆!!!!
Fight may 18th for 12 mill or 2020 for $40 million....hmmmm?
Lol. Fury ran from the rematch that should have happened last may 18th. Maybe what you meant to say is.... Ill finally accept a rematch with wilder in 2020.
The look on Wilder's face when the result was announced said it all. He was grinning like Christmas had come early. Fury was robbed!
Now Fury has the power of Bob Arum & ESPN behind him, it won't happen again.

So what are Fury's plans for the rest of 2019? Fight another **** while ducking Wilder? I'll believe it when I see it. Hopefully, Ruiz has the balls to fight Wilder, which I'm sure he does, after he handles AJ in the rematch.
Fury will do what will Arum and warren tell him to do. It is business.

You already ducked Wilder to fight this bum, if I was Wilder, I’ll fight Ruiz after he knocks AJ out again, you should join the WWE, you clown
That's what he should do. The whole promotion of this fight was already about Wilder so we know who ESPN really wants. **** them I'd do 2 Ruiz matches in 2020 then a few mandatories. Fury gets no respect or shots for these bum bashes
:bsflag:After adrenaline came down at the post fight press conference from almost getting decapitated, the look on his face said it all. He is never rematching Wilder no matter what he says in front of a camera. He's human.

Smart move from Fury. Fury knows he needs American promotor if he wants fair scoring in a rematch.

He could do that, or, America could try not to spoil the sport by cheating all the time. They could actually allow the winner of fights to get the right decision. Right now America is the corruption capital of the sport with all the cheating they do.
Bad decisions happen all over. They happen to he happening more in America at the moment but it isn't an American thing. Cheating happens everywhere
