Eddie Hearn: will sue WBC if Wilder-Fury 2 happens

Yes.................................... According to their rules, every 12 months. The reluctance of the WBC to keep to / enforce their rules has been to the deteriment of Whyte which is why they will have legal issues with Whyte.

Multiple youtube channels reporting that Eddie Hearn threatens to sue WBC (and Wilder) if they allow Wilder-Fury 2 to happen. Eddie wants the fight to be with Dillian Whyte. Don't understand how that will work. Wilder just made a mandatory so he doesn't need to do it again for some time. Also, Fury was mandated ahead of Whyte by WBC for the rematch, so won't Wilder-Fury be mandatory anyway? Whyte ain't getting any mandatory until he fights eliminators and won't get voluntary as long as he is with Eddie Hearn. Hearn will sue and lose... He’s absolutely pathetic. Whyte literally turned down a WBC eliminator to become mandatory.

The WBC have done Whyte dirty no doubt. Wilder's team also seem to be able to pull WBC strings a little more than they should. But, they've a got a what could be a tough fight in front of them in Rivas. Time for 100% focus.

WBC has done Haymon a big favor by putting off making Whyte the mandatory, but they have a history of making life easy for money-making beltholders. WBC know that if they order Wilder-Whyte, Hearn will likely try to force it to DAZN and take it to pure bid if he needs to. If he wins it, Wilder fights Whyte in DAZN. Haymon has been in that position before when Roc Nation won the Quillin Korobov big and Haymon has Quillin vacate rather that fight for the competition. Haymon doesn’t want that to happen again and the WBC are looking out for him.

He pulled out of Ortiz, Pulev, & Breazeale. Doesn't matter anyway. He's losing to Rivas No he didn't pull out of the Breazeale fight, as I've just explained. That's why we're in this position.

Whyte is losing to Rivas anyway. But why didn't he sue after Haney got stiffed by the WBC? I don't recall Whyte pulling out of the interim title fight with Breazeale.
