Very common in boxing. Khan didn't remember a thing mid-way from the Maidana fight and Malignaggi said that happened to him in a few fights as well. This is why boxing is more dangerous than MMA. Unfortunately these fighters suffer concussions and it can last 9-10 rounds. In MMA, you get clipped with 4 oz gloves like Joshua did, then great chance the fight is over right then and there.
