I assume Wilder is already destroying his agent's phone trying to get that fight set up. He probably thinks that there will never be an easier way to unify and become an absolute.
Same goes for Fury, it's his chance to claim belts and gain some leverage in his payday negotiations with the Wilder's team.
Who do you think will get Ruiz first? Or will it be AJ rematch?
I read that WBA (or is it WBO) might have its mandatory fight scheduled for Sept. And the opponent is Whyte (only Usyk can replace him if he decides to fight). So, if they do sanction the fight, either Ruiz will have to take it or he will be stripped of the belt.
Will be more fun if we have distributed belts and more credible fights. But what is the contract with Joshua...can Ruiz take an interim fight before the rematch? or his immediate next fight HAS to be Joshua?
I doubt Ruiz ever read this board. It just isn't that important to a heavyweight contender in training for a world title shot. Did Ruiz actually say he was motivated by reading negative messages about himself on boxing scene?
He read them from some where
Tell Ruiz to improve his cardio for the rematch. That might be something AJ would exploit in the rematch given that his shape doesn't look like it can do 12 intensive rounds. Plus expect excessive clinching in the rematch and more movement in the ring.
He did 12 rounds with Parker and before you post do some research , it was Jousha who was gassed and spitting out the mouth piece
All you clowns who mocked Ruiz he was reading your messages which he said motivated him more to prove you wrong

You all make it sound like Ruiz is easy pickings for wilder or fury. That guy can fight and has a chin. For all we know, he could take wilder's punches, real talk...

Joshua @ Wembley Stadium in London, England

ok, let's say AJ loses again. Who gets Ruiz first? Wilder or Fury
By that point Wilder vs Fury II will be on deck, so Ruiz would likely fight a guy like Whyte or Usyk and then it would be Ruiz vs the Wilder/Fury winner for the undisputed WBA (Super)/WBC/IBF/WBO/IBO/Ring/lineal heavyweight championship.
Your answer is in boxing scene top headlines. Aj has a rematch clause in the contract and he intends to rematch Ruiz in England. If Ruiz wins the rematch he is free to chose his next opponent and I think he would chose Wilder.

Edit: never mind, just saw you said Wilder
It goes one of two ways, either Joshua is ready soon and they do an immediate rematch in England. Or Joshua wants some rebuild time they put it off a bit both do a fight between Ruiz to bask in his glory in a winnable fight which team Joshua would allow (but not a tough one) while Joshua rebuilds his confidence.

i dont think it will be someone obvious, i see him getting tko'd by some random voluntary defence when he is (even more) grossly out of shape and unmotivated after being a multi millionaire due to the 2 AJ fights.

The worry is that the belts become fractured again, and the fairweather fans will buy into the hype of whoever picks up a paper title. The Gypsy King is Lineal, beat Wlad for all the belts besides the WBC, then beat Wilder for the WBC but got robbed. Just accept that Tyson Fury is #1. The fight to see is Fury-Wilder II. After that maybe Fury-Ruiz or Fury-Usyk.
