I thought that fight was hilarious.
I had a tard friend who thought Chavez would win. Said friend likes to think he knows boxing, but he really doesn’t understand sh#t.
The dude picked Broner over Pacquiao because he liked Broners confidence.
I had to explain to him how Broner sucks in his biggest fights and how Jr sucks and was weight drained.
Some people never learn.
Canelo may just get a stoppage, because Jacob's chin is not that good. His chin isn't Khan bad, but it isn't an iron jaw like Canelo's. I hope it's a good fight. Jacobs cannot make a mistake or he may be knocked out. I think he will try to copy Floyd and outbox Canelo, but that's a tough ask as who boxes like Mayweather nowadays.

Canelo cruised home, he didn't wanna take any chances and demonstrably did not take the fight to Chavez, it was bit of a stinker all told
Just to be clear, Canelo clearly dominated in a shut-out in that fight. Chavez shelling up like he did didn't help, yeah, but what I am saying is that Canelo was not pushing for a KO, he was happy to settle for the decision. The way I see it, Canelo was fighting somewhat "safe" as he had the first Golovkin fight coming up
I can see Canelo taking Jacobs out if he comes in trying to bang. I hope they get into it properly, otherwise it's gonna be a close (perhaps controversial) decision for Canelo

No shame in getting buzzed if you still win and don't hold on for dear life.
However.....
Cause for concern. And I'm a fan of both guys (more so Nelo).
... I'm not here to take Jacobs' side... but there were some guys (earlier) who said that Canelo was never dropped or hurt... actually, if no ropes behind him, he would have been dropped on his back... I know, I know: "he was so green, doe"... :)

Canelo has never been KD or seriously hurt and Danny has been KTFO and KD several times in his career yet Canelo is the only one who could be KOd?
