The big promoters.
When a sanctioning body doesn't go along with them they will start favoring a different one.
They also try to control the media narrative by granting or withholding access to the fighters. Based on which media people play ball with them or not.
And they aren't above bribing officials as we've seen Bob Arum get busted for.
I wouldn't be surprised if the "Illuminati" has certain of their agents in the sport as these tactics are right up their alley.
The illuminati. They even have people on this site spreading propaganda, fishing around for fan interest in fights, pushing race debates, creating divisions, making excuses for corruption.
And you're as guilty of this as any other poster here
just a question I thought was worth pondering. it damn sure isn't the sanctioning bodies. so, I'm all ears.

Within 5 years
Hearns reaction when Bellew and Usyk was coming up, when he was asked about the fight, seemed sad he was forced to put his friend (Bellew) in against Usyk. It's obvious he's a promoter and Bellew is his fighter but the man was his friend in some regards, and you could tell he was being forced to throw him to the wolves. The terms of the fight took ten minutes to agree upon, also. Bellew was forced into this position by the powers that be! But I guess that's the way it is, when you play superstar on the silver screen.
I think there is an entity that puts hits on certain fighters, because after watching the sport for about twenty years I can say that I've noticed irregularities follow around people who let it go to their head or follow into hollywood.
I've seen towels thrown back after submission towel throws, all kinda ****. Just has me wondering. Not that I'll do anything else; we can't choose what we respect. Work that 3,2
you made your choice. wow. who are the most handsome boxers that you like to watch decade after sweaty decade?

thanks. I will look into it. (But not too deep, if you know what I mean)
No one controls boxing. Thats one of the problems. There are too many lil warlord ent^ties with power, but no one with big power really to steer & protect the sport.
But of all the ent^ties in boxing as a job category I think the promoter has the most power. But there are obvious specific people who have power to. Floyd had massive power when he was fighting. Manny still gots solid power. Haymon has power. DAZN seems to have a lot of power right now. And I'd probably argue the WBC is the most influential/powerful ABC group. Probably some more examples of non-promoters with power, but this is all thats coming to me right now.

If I was an alien and came to earth, I'd probably be most interested in boxing, because of it being the most difficult, most absolute profession in the world.
