Where are all the Teofimo Lopez fans
They seem quiet this evening even after their guy got the ko
No calling out Loma on this evening ?
Is it cause Lopez looked quite ordinary ?
Are we just waiting for his ppv ?
Loma schools him if they were to fight at this moment
Badly too
If Lopez has something that Loma wants, I think Loma will chase him.
Arum mentioned something in an interview right after the Loma-Crolla fight, about Lopez maybe having a title fight in July. I'm assuming that would be the IBF. I found that to be a really interesting thing that Arum said, and was a bit surprised that no-one else has been showing more interest in it.
If Lopez can win the IBF belt so quickly - which would be a cool achievement for his 13th pro fight - then Loma will take it from him soon afterwards. But that's a speculative scenario at the moment, just got to wait and see what happens.
Commey's camp has told Arum that they are more interested in Lomachenko than Lopez. The thing is with Lomachenko's hand injury, he won't return until September. I'm guessing Commey takes bit of a tune up until getting Lomachenko later in the year and then Lopez faces Pedraza in July.
I think that is because of how dismissive Lomachenko is of Lopez....But anyways, Lomachenko hasn't ducked any challenge and I don't expect him to start here. If Lopez gets that top level win, then it's on.

Have a read over these forums.
Plenty of people are saying that Loma is scared because he isn't fighting Lopez. That he is ducking etc.
In fact, I can't remember that last time I have seen so many people post so many stupid things - at least outside the lounge.

He looked good to me. He fought a guy who had never been stopped and broke him down easily.
Me too. What did people expect? Kill Tatli in the first second of the first round? The guy was running for his life. I wish it went all the 12 rounds. I don't like meaningless KOs. Lopez should just move up. He looked dehydrated.
But when was the plan for him to ever get Lomachenko before fighting one of the top guys anyways? Arum laid out his plan for a while and said he would have to beat a champion or someone of Pedraza's caliber before getting Lomachenko.

Exactly, but here you are wanting him to bypass a good win and go straight to the divisions best fighter, can’t you see what we are saying, easy work against low rated fighters, totally different at the sharp end of the division

Without doubt
Loma toys with him all night long
I don't like any fighter who tries to get a guy outta there in the first round. It proves nothing but you are afraid to let the man continue and see the contest through. Most of the best men can get their man out in the first, but elect to go the distance for experience.
Yes, that's what I believe, he would beat the likes of Commey/Pedraza/Campbell. Also have said he needs to get in there and actually do it. I don't care what kind of rated fighters he has beaten. I mean who did Tank beat before he beat Pedraza? Who did Floyd beat before he beat Hernandez? Who did Lomachenko beat before he beat GRJ? The list goes on and on.

The fat kid should fight 15 more bums until his resume is 36-0 with 35 KOs. It's the way boxing is these days, everyone feasting on Campbell cans.
Campbell cans? Olympic gold medalist. i dont understand why people even talk to him isntead of red K like in good old days. karma here for a reason, and this silly goose is nothing but a straight hater. that slowly turning into a troll.
Loma fights COmmey in September, captures IBF. while Lopez fights someone from top 10 ibf branch, wins as usually and become IBF's mandatory, for December clash against Vasiliy. simple as that.
unless Lopez keeps yelling , he cant make the weight, he would rather attend other fights before his fight, instead of work his ass to be at 135 and hire a nutritionist. if he really moves to 140, while being IBF's mandatory or capturing IBF without unifying against Loma - then guess who is a real weight bully?
I want them folks to fight this year, and I hope they will
Wtv , still would like to see that fight
Fortune would put up a great fight but towards the second half , Tank would take over possibly stopping him
Shootout from the first bell. I expect Davis to dominate but with some difficulties early on. Guess we are saying the same thing!:boxing:
Bro, "struggles" is not a criterion, it is, "Did he make the weight within the rules (second try to make weight is allowed)?" He does.
I wanna see what he looks like in his next fight. My favorite fight for him is Fortuna at 135. Maybe he'll fight at 130. I don't know.

To most Europeans the belts still hold water
Loma has it in his head to unify all belts
Good or bad , who the fugh knows but that’s his decision
I think Loma can withstand another year and half , make the fight with Lopez
I think both would benefit from it
No exscuses , if he’s old oh well but imo a much better fight than what we would get at the moment
Davis vs Loma would be a great fight
Not in the same division, c’mon brother , Davis struggles to make fughin weight lol

If it happens later, Lomachenko would be too old, and it will have to be in a higher division. I don't know if Lomachenko would move to 140/147 for that.
In the meantime, instead of feasting on the next few cans, maybe Lomachenko can seek stiffer challenges like Crawford, the Pacman, or Danny Garcia, even at a catchweght, to put his skills to maximum test.
Davis isn't even in his division, yet, but I still wanted to see it, at 135.

I give you credit their
I know you’ve been calling for that fight for a while
Tank needs to step up
I just believe Loma , at the moment , would be just to much for Lopez
Not saying to have this fight in four years but a little more experience would be needed for Lopez imo
I just wanna see good fughin boxing
I just don’t think at this moment that matchup would make for good boxing
