Unless of course... he actually is.
Simple fact, you can't name anyone since Monzon who's been on Golovkin's level at 160 pounds.
The film don't lie. And no one is forcing you to.
huh??? who did he actually beat worth a damn?? what level are you talking about..name 1 person he beat who will go to the hall of fame
Can people stop saying Canelo is a ****ing WW? Saying someone is a natural WW when they stopped fighting at the weight when they were 19 is not someone who is naturally a WW.
Unfortunately he never fought anyone during his prime and his performance post prime against Canelo was not sufficient for us to know.
All we can say is that during his prime he was one of the hardest hitting middleweights ever. Despite them saying otherwise his team pursued a paycheck rather than glory so they gave up consideration for such a status.
hagler and hopkins stopped atg welters.
GGG, famed so called hardest puncher, lost to his mere elite WW/LMW.
pick better points, not ones that win my argument.
Hagler also lost to willy monroe a journeyman and struggled with lightweights moving up. Canelo isn't a ww. LMAO.
Maybe watch fights before referencing them? You clearly couldn't even pick Golovkin out of a line-up, let alone provide me w/ your own scorecard of one of his fights. nothing you can write will change te facts that hagler and watsit wbeat their ATG welters, and GGG lost to his elite one.
to be fair to ggg he didnt clearly beat jacobs that time, he did beat canelo first time tho clearly (imo) and probably lost the second canelo fight and its a pity he didnt have bigger fights in his prime but the division was crap so thats how it goes
at 160 he is an ATG just depending where you place him. Even though on paper he has a loss to Nelo, people who gauge where GGG is and think GGG beat Nelo will count that as a win or two. Hed ko anyone Nelo fougth, but faster.
His career is not over so he will get a few more wins.
And you're shytting yourself if you believe he has ever entered the ring south of 161 pounds.
Canelo is a big boy, and was not at all undersized against Golovkin. Golovkin's wins over Canelo are as impressive as anything on any Middleweight's resume since Monzon.
LOL, take a look at the wild loopy punches on Hearns-Hagler. Golden entertainment, but those amateurish antics would've gotten those men smoked by Golovkin. Hopkins signature win came against Tito ****yng Trinidad... part of the glory of that win is the fact the the undercover LHw was the UNDERDOG! Shows what the world thought of Hopkins.

Is that English? Is that a sentence?interesting, writes the above, and then follows it with -
I don't know what "answer the point at hand" means
to repeat the point I made above which u have read and understood, but ducked - Canelo has one opponent at MW, he is clearly not a career MW.
I'm use to beat ass tricks like you falling over yourselves to get my attention. But this is too much. A very bad look. We;re ashamed for you.
I feel bad for you. Clearly your mother never cared. I dunno why I should, but I guess I'm a softy.
So here it goes, GGG has't been beaten. Even though he's almost 40, he's still the best Mw in the world and very dangerous. When has that been said about anyone else since Monzon?
Feel better now, babe? Just a heads up for the future: if you show up to a Boxing Forum, you should be prepared to talk about Boxing?
i see u opted not to answer the point in hand. wise.
Were you locked in a basement for the last two years?ha so 1 MW opponent means hes a career MW, not all his other 95% opponents.
BUT ONLY if that opponent is 3g and 3g got beat, ok.
try again, you are playing a bum note.
LOL, name a Mw you have footage of that you'd favor to beat him. Monzon and Walker are the only two anyone who knows Boxing can reliably name.
Steele and Robinson are probably even odds.
A guy like Valdez or Tiger could be a game challenger.
I'm really not sure if you're serious...?
Roy Jones Jr.
Mike McCallum
James Toney
Andre Ward - fought at 160 for a bit. Probably would still favor him
Bernard Hopkins
Marvin Hagler
Etc...
At one point, I would've said yeah, but if you look at what Lomachenko is doing, it puts things in perspective. Hell, maybe Loma saw how GGG has wasted so much time and has learned lessons from that. Marketability plays a role; it has taken time for GGG to build up a fanbase, and he was avoided for a long time (high risk, low reward). Regardless, GGG will not go down as an ATG, simply because of the lack of really good fights, for whatever reason, I mean, 10 years into his pro career, after an already-extensive amateur career, and he's fighting Wade, then Brook.
Put GGG in with Hagler, or Hearns, or RJJ, or Monzon, I think he gives them a fight but loses to them all
