People gave crawford credit for beating burns and even said he did it in his hometown. Well Crolla the F fighter won a ud against one of crawford's best wins. Lomachenko destroys crolla and all of a sudden everyone forgets crolla was a world class former champion. The double standards and fan boyism on these forums is sickening. To be fair Crolla's fight with Burns was a lot closer than the scorecards would have you believe. Both Crolla and Burns are good fighters, they were just out of their depth against great fighters like Crawford and Loma. Burns of 2014 was better than Crolla of 2019. That's the problem when just looking at a resume or a fight at a different time. Sometimes it doesn't work like that for example was Cotto's win over Mosley better than Trinidad's over Vargas? Not remotely. Crolla probably would be better than Benavidez, Molina, Lundy, Jean, those level of wins. He's probably been a better fighter than Indongo but Indongo had unified two titles and had a more dominant win over the same Burns (as Crolla).

Your more than entitled to your opinion, as we all are, but where i was sat it was a close fight and Burns was hard done by on the cards. You should know yourself seeing it in person is much different than watching it on television. For example, when I saw Lomachenko vs Linares live, it looked to me that Lomachenko was dominating the fight. Que my surprise when I heard the scorecards/people's scores.

Not at all. Gonzalez was putting a beating on Ricky, then something had a word with his team and offered them a deal to pull him out. Everyone knows it and nobody talks about it. I don't know it! What i know is that Gonzalez threw everything he had at Ricky and Ricky kept coming, landed a brutal shot to the body in round 8 and took what was left of his heart in round 9, Gonzalez quit on his stool when the going got tough............Victor Ortiz style!!!!!

It is one of his better wins, which shows you how weak Crawford's resume is. The thing is that Burns shouldn't have even been the champ because he got a gift v Beltran in the previous fight. Burns was also getting whooped by Jose Gonzalez in the fight before the Beltran fight until Gonzalez got pulled out of the fight for no apparent reason. There's still something fishy about that. I think people we're surprised Crawford got a decision win in the UK because that's not always the case for Americans fighting over there.
