SHANNON BRIGGS exudes the type of self-confidence many a young fighter would envy when I ask why, at the age of 47, he is venturing back into the sport of boxing. "I never left, I never left," the veteran heavyweight, whose last outing came in a 2016 knockout win over Emilio Ezequiel Zarate at the O2 Arena, tells Starsport. Click Here To Read More]
And now we get to see Crolla prove his mediocrity again and lose horribly to Lomanchenko. Thank God!
I don’t think it will be so horrible. I think it will either be a boring 12-0 or Crolla will shock the world
I remember it was mainly Shannon Briggs who got Crolla out of his coma by shouting Let’s Go Champ down a microphone a thousand times
And now we get to see Crolla prove his mediocrity again and lose horribly to Lomanchenko. Thank God!
David Haye would of ended both of them. 'But I agree reading back, I assume he was talking about Shannon Briggs' Briggs was a really good fighter, especially in the 90's. 'I think there was a stage when he pumped himself too big, in the early 2000's' ridiculous still carried his power over though.
Maybe 10 years ago...Haye probably couldn't even last 12 rounds shadowboxing without hurting himself...I don't think he wanted anything to do with a guy the size of Briggs leaning on him.
I think he was talking about Briggs, not Fury.

David Haye would of ended Tyson Fury inside 5 rounds. Tyson Fury is overrated, he has had two so called great wins! But when you analyse them, from a technical perspective they are poor fights
I still think all the things Haye stated about Tyson Fury are not far from correct. 'There are massive flaws in his game, and they will be exploited'.

much respect. not the best boxer ever, but what a fighter.
no wonder haye pissed himself and ran.

Briggs is the MAN!!
Sky or BT need to give this man a broadcasting job, Briggs knows the sport and knows how to speak to the fans, i'd much rather watch Briggs break down a fight than Froch or Johnny Nelson.
