Will you guys pay $75 to watch spence vs porter?
How about Thurman vs Pacquiao for $75.
Pac vs thurman is more interesting but after DAZN smiles: canelo vs jacobs for only $20. I'm not forking over $75 for subpar fights.
Porter is not worth $75 for a ppv that might end on a clash of heads.
He barely survived Ugas and did not look too good. His punch resistance has gone done.
Real men pay for what they want?
You're one of those dudes that pay for poosey too i bet. Lmao:rofl:
Truthfully, we ALL pay for it one way or another....just another shining example of your ineptitude, who's surprised?
Even if I paid for it, I wouldn't go making threads about it. Learn a thing or two today, please.
Porter wants what Garcia got paid or something close. I'm glad the brother isn't letting them low ball him.
Is he going to bring in the amount of fans and PPV buys? But for Haymon to get guys like Porter and Thurman to fight Spence, he's going to have to overpay them no doubt.
Boxing fans beg for big fights. Big fights get announced, boxing fans complain about the price and don't buy it. Boxing is free on TV. Boxing fans still complain. Boxing fans then claim "boxing is dead".
Dude, who cares what you're willing to spend money on and how do we know if you DIDN'T buy it after all? These threads need to stop.
THIS.
Perfect summary of boxing fans today.
You sound like a lil hoe, though. Real men pay for what they want....cry babies cry about the cost. If it's too much, the move on.
I swear, it's "fans" like you who kill the sport. If you don't like the fights, fine. Just don't try to make everyone else not like them.
Quit with the school girl stuff already.

The absolute best post of the year. And all these guys do is talk about contracts and profit-sharing situations, like it directly has an influence on their pocket. It’s embarassing.
Boxing "fans" are the reason boxing doesn't do as well as it should. Fans like him tend to brainwash casual fans into not wanting to see or buy certain fights.
And yes, suddenly, everybody's good with numbers, contracts, revenue, glove types, etc....I swear I hate boxing fans sometime.
Boxing needs new fans, period. You give 'em what they ask for, they blow it....every time.
I'm still mad at the Ward/Kovalev 1 & 2 PPVs numbers. Just an effin' shame if you ask me, but hey, it's the "fight the people wanted to see". Smh
Are you seriously happy to settle? I mean Spence vs mikey should NOT have been on PPV. $75?lmao. Spence vs crawford is a PPV fight. Now they're talking spence vs porter for $75?
Why would I pay $75 for a subpar fight when i can get a real ppv fight in canelo amd jacobs for $10 on dazn.
You should be worried about not getting swindled out of every last dollar they can squeeze out of you just because you're a hardcore fan. **** that. Take a stand and support only the real fights that are worth the money they are charging.

Spence-Porter is not on PPV because of Spence and in reality they would want him to fight on regular TV in a pretty big fight (like this one is perfect for that) to really build his profile then a bigger fight on PPV versus Thurman or Manny.
That fight is on PPV because Porter won't do that fight unless he gets paid because in his heart he knows that is a hard ass fight and there is no reason to take it unless compensated. So either that fight occurs on PPV or doesn't occur at all.
If that is the best fight Spence can get then it should occur however it needs to occur because Spence will annihilate Porter.
lol you kidding? That be the best PPV card in recent memory right there. Plus since its PBC you could expect a HW KO on the undercard
Porter vs Spence won't sell on PPV on its own.
But put it on the undercard of Pac vs Thurman and that allows Spence to continue his momentum and get more exposure to PPV audiences.
In what would are Harrison-Charlo 2 and Hurd-Williams garbage fights?
Heck, the profile isn't really there but Lipinets-Peterson is a good fight too, lol.
The hate is hilarious
these boards have went to complete shts this is geting to be too much
Glad to see some other people around here that are actually fans of the sport. Not bored trolls.

How is Errol Spence, arguably the best boxer in the sport, unifying vs a top 5WW a “subpar” match? Haha there’s not even boxing fans on here anymore.
I would pay $75 for a Pac-Thurman, Spence-Porter double header.
No questions asked.

Very fair perspective right here. Definitely the paying consumer's choice what to purchase or not to purchase. So my question here is, at what point does it become acceptable that Spence is a PPV fighter from here on out? Like at one point Mayweather/Pacquiao were relegated to PPV only and even guys like MAB/EM became primarily PPV fighters. Does this only apply to Spence if he beats Crawford? The numbers he just did vs Garcia were very impressive for it being his PPV debut and it will be interesting to see if either FOX/SHO pony up a big license fee to air his next fight against say Porter on their network and not on PPV. I don't think he is quite at the level of fighting on strictly PPV, but if he beats Porter and then say the winner of Pacquiao/Thurman? Then it would be hard to put him off of PPV.
