Mikey is not even close to the athlete pacman is. That's just the bttom line. Manny has great legs True, and Pac still has enough left in those legs for one or 2 more epic fights.

Yeah, I don't like seeing Pac fighting some Alvarado's or Collazos' it's kind of a downgrade looking even for him. Let's just see him end (win or lose) near the top level. So if he wins great. If he loses in a competitive fight. Never said they are. I'm just saying if you've watched his past 3 fights. Pac can still get to where he wants to be with his footwork. He still have some left. He can position himself with ease. He can blitz in and out and spin his opponents in a bad postion. Something Mikey can ever do. Not as good at his prime, but he does get it done. Question is. Is his foot speed enough to risk his health? Only time will tell. This is a good fight. At this stage Pac is the underdog, but if he pulls it off this again adds to his legendary status. I for one don't want Pac to fight anymore, but if he wants to add to his legacy and put a cherry on top. Beating Spence is bigger than beating Floyd at this point. If he pulls it. Pacman is blessed with speed and quickness so its easy for him to say that lol Exactly, that's Pac saying before the fight he needs to develop which is not develop in months.. Broner shells up and doesnt throw when pressured. That was already known and he was a great hand picked match up for old Pac. Pac's foot speed and control of distance was not there in the Horn fight. Doesnt matter if you think he won that fight, he still struggled greatly and was not the same fighter who could dart in and out of range like he could in his early 30s. ahhh coz in Australia they allowed Horn to play WWE which is actually foul in the truest essence of boxing. So yeah, no amount of skill Pac did can counter wrestling especially if a 165 lb taller man was wrestling him. If that wasn't allowed Horn wouldn't have lasted 12 rounds with Pac. That said yes Pac is not the man he used to be, but there's enough speed in his footwork to keep Erol honest. Pac can come in with his angles and spin Spence to a blind spot. Its a good fight. What enabled Manny to fight bigger guys when he was young was the quickness of his feet. That's no longer there at 40...he still has good foot-movement especially for a 40 year old but he was not yet 30 when he fought Oscar who was shot. Those super fast feet are gone now and he's to small for bigger guys who are young...strong and skillful. Manny should stay away from Spence and fight easier fights and hold off for the chance of a big money fight with Floyd if that can ever happen. Like Manny said before the fight. Speed is the key to win against a bigger man. Mikey was too slow.. Should have listened to Manny. Floyd has said was considering it and didn't say no to it when asked after the Broner fight...so I say it's still a possibility. And Manny like all pro's are in it for the money...not the glory. Nothing to gain by fighting Spence? He wants to go out with the most amount of money to retire with. In the end...that's all that will be there or not. I just don't think that 'playing it safe' while waiting for a shot against Floyd is the right solution. Manny, at his age right now, can just lose to anybody now not even named Spence and Crawford. I actually don't know how to gage this guy now. Can he still fight at an elite level? Will he become old overnight? I don't know. He may just end up losing to some Lopez's or Granados' and the Floyd fight will just further go away by then. I think he should forget Floyd now and go for the real elites. Speed with combos, footwork, and how you get out after going inside. That's what he bas8cally did against the goliath Margarito. Mikey had trouble going inside where we saw him do some success.
