PLEASE BE MINDFUL of the rampant PED use and lack of competent drug testing prior to the USADA era when:
1. Offering you're opinion on the outcome of a fantasy matchup
2. Discrediting a fighters resume due to the opponent being "PAST PRIME" in comparison to a roided version of himself
3. Accusing a fighter of ducking opponents/cherry picking/playing it safe by making drug testing mandatory
4. Giving too much credit to fighters resume who have historically avoided stringent testing, have tested positive for PEDS or admitted to previous PED use.
Oh Holyfield no doubt.
He gained a ton of muscle weight, retired due to heart problems, and got caught in an international steroid ring by ESPN
That's why I never put him in my top 10 heavyweights.
Stupid?
I know that you can't "flush" with an IV - so i assume you mean masking peds by diluting urine or distorting blood values.
Nevertheless neither of the two scenarios of an athlete cheating with an IV can bypass the Athlete Biological Passport testing protocals/rules established by WADA. That in itself is a legitimate deterrent. I mean that's what it is all about isn't it? Risk vs reward?
Are you sure you know what you are talking about or are you just repeating something you heard?
Just asking because so far you seem like an idiot.
Being slow and stupid you finally got it
Sorry I forgot your to stupid to know the definition

Yea I always mention that whenever the topic of fantasy matchups comes up. It's as clear as day that fighters in the 70s 80s and 90s were using PEDs without any form of control or regulation. They could take whatever they liked and testing was almost non-existent in boxing.
Not taking anything away from past legends though, if they were great against people who were fighting in the same era and everyone was allowed to do whatever they wanted then Kudos to them. It doesn't even tarnish their legacies at all. But comparing them to current fighters and criticizing fighters of today based on these comparisons is dumb.
Most people probably think along the same lines but are too afraid to admit it. Appreciate the honesty in your post.
What it boils down to is an even playing field. Peds era or without peds era - but keep the two separate.
