Porter says he's going to be at the Spence-Porter fight in Dallas, and he's going to jump into the ring to confront the winner. Pacquiao is going to be at the fight as well.
I always assumed that Thurman would fight Pacquiao since their fights were one week apart back in January, and that seems like a more even fight. Thurman is still trying to get back to where he was before the 2 year lay off, and Pacquiao is 40 years old.
Porter and Spence are also fighting one week apart. So I assumed that they would have a unification fight later this year, since both guys have been active and aren't injury prone.
Will Porter jump into the ring to confront Spence? Will Pacquiao take a fight against Spence or Thurman?
lmfao you think he was shook of spence just wait till you see what Mikey does to him, you aint gonna jump in the ring to confront mikey boy stop it.it would be hilarious if mikey derailed gaymon's plans and ended up destroying spence but it won't happen mikey was chosen as a sacrifice to make spence a bigger draw. Facts!!!

Man I know Garcia is your man and I know you have to have complete faith in him doing the job, but coming back down to earth Garcia will be lucky to survive 8 rounds and if he does grit it out he's NEVER going to be the same fighter as he was before.
RIP GARCIA.
But Pacquiao is a little 40 year old who's had 70 fights over his 23 year career. Pacquiao's last fights were against Broner, Mattyhsse, and Horn. He would end up like Adonis Stevenson if he fights Spence. Based on how Thurman was hurt in his last fight, I don't see Thurman being able to even beat Porter in a rematch, much less Spence.
I think Thurman and Pacquiao should fight, and the winner can fight the Spence-Porter winner. Then the last man standing with 3 belts can finally fight Crawford.
This right here ^^^^^^ makes the most sense to me.
And to think it took a lightweight to call out the boogeyman to shame the other champs into doing the same.
Win lose or draw Garcia has a huge set of balls to go along with his bowling ball sized head.
I really don't see how Spence has earned a fight with Pacman when you compare his resume (even if he beats Mikey) with that of Keith Thurman.
One Time vs. Pacman
Spence vs. Porter

Porter's not jumping in on ****. Porter's been ducking the smoke for a minute, but maybe the fact that Spence's next fight being PPV on a win will give Porter that needed touch of courage.
I’d like to see Spence fight any top name, but i really wanna see him win convincingly next weekend. I also think porter should focus on his task at hand and not jumping into the ring. Plus who really wants to see porter fight anyone? He’s solid but his style leave a lot to be desired
People get hurt in fights at all ages. There is no proof being 40+ has any more risks.
Spence is going to be in the game for years to come. He needs that Pacquiao rub since these other guys have avoided him for a year or two already.
Plus Thurman might not fight again til 2020. He's half in, half out of boxing already. PBC making Thurman vs Manny is a waste cuz Thurman might not even win or he might just retire.
Thurman said he'll fight again in 2019.
I just have doubts about Thurman and Pacquiao since Spence would've stopped their last opponents easily, and I don't want them to fight Spence until they step up and fight someone more elite (like each other). Then the winner can move on to Spence.
Thurman just announced on boxing scene top headlines That he wants to fight the Porter vs Ugas winner next so Porter can have his chance to avenge his defeat if he wants it.
Any of these guys against each other would be fun to watch. Haymon has four of the five world champions at welterweight if you count both WBA titles, so there's really no excuse for PBC to not have a welterweight unification fight this year. Whether that's Spence vs. Porter or Spece vs. Pacquiao, I really don't care. I'd just like to see some clarity in the division since unfortunately Crawford won't be fighting any of these guys for political reasons.
I think the move is Spence vs Pacquiao.
I believe Thurman can call in a title shot vs Porter anytime now.
Thats the final 4 that makes the most sense on the PBC side to me.
Also as a Spence fan I'm kinda bored with Thurman & Porter not being too excited to fight Spence previously. F#cking Thurman's half retired ass was talking about Spence like thats his MayPac or some sh^t & wants to marinate it til he's all but outta the game legit lmfao. F#ck all that. Lets keep it moving.

It's too late Porter. Spence wants Pac next. You had your chance but blew it.
If you were really interested and serious about unifying with Erroll Spence Jr.
Then you should have let your intentions be known at the recent WBC convention by either appealing or raising a protest by requesting a unification bout with him but you were mum; As you wanted no part or smoke with Erroll Spence, Jr at the time.
So that's why you are fighting Yordenis Ugás instead as your next opponent because you were too afraid of unifying with him then.

That isn't true. Haymon wanted Spence to fight Garcia first. That's the real reason it didn't happen.
