A buddy of mine is sparring Ramirez this week.
I'd appreciate it if you took a look at him and break down his ability. I've been scouting him all week, but it never hurts to have more eyes. Thanks in advance.

One of the most talented Amateur Boxers/Olympians I've EVER SEEN to be honest:dunno: had he stayed in Cuba and Amateur he easily wins a RECORD 3rd Gold Medal in 2020
Watched him just walk through Amateur Competition regardless if it was AIBA Tournaments, World Series Of Boxing or whatever. It is really nothing he CAN'T Do he is the complete package talent wise. Can fight off the back foot but also very good on the inside and likes to come forward and exchange which is something the Cubans are not really known for especially in the Amatures
Sometimes I can tell he would be a bit bored with things being so easy that at times it felt like he would purposely allow things to be more competitive than they should be and he has lost decisions because of that.
This fight instead of BOXING he kinda just used a High Guard and came Forward and was throwing one punched at a time and the Kazakhstan fighter got the decision by outworking him
Excellent Fighter! Look forward to seeing him as a PRO he is currently working in Florida at Keith Thurman Gym the last update I heard of him
