I've been here a long time, can't remember it being this bad. I'm British, but grew up in Cali, I would say that I don't like fighters based on race or country. I do tend to support British fighters but my support is not unconditional, and there have been plenty of fights where I was supporting an international fighter over a British fighter. Anyway I do think posters now are in general more knowledgeable here in terms of knowing fighters from different countries even from prospect level, whereas back in the day...I remember in the build up to Calzaghe-lacy there were American posters who hadn't even seen a full Calzaghe fight, something like that would never happen now with access to fights (youtube), social media etc. But there also wasn't this animosity here...
