The drug cheater was disqualified against Christian Hammer and people are still giving him credit for that win. It just shows the double standards in boxing. You Fury fans like to ignore things like this. Tyson Fury will live off his one fluke questionable win over Klitschko.
I told someone this and they still gave him credit for the win lol
If he hadn’t cheated in the Wilder fight he wouldn’t have lost all that weight and got up from that 2nd knockdown.
There has been suspicion of him in boxing circles for a long time.
Remember when it took a drug testing agency 1.5 years to tell a fighter they'd had "adverse findings" on one their results and would be looking to take legal proceedings against them?
I can't.
He’s lying. It wasn’t a technicality he purposely left off the first paragraph. Here is the official statement
What I take from this is that the results are disqualified basically making it a no contest. It didnt say that they changed to fight results to a disqualification which would then have been a win for the opponents.
it was sort of a technicality. UKAD so seldom catches anyone, they didn't know what to do, so after fhking up they had to compromise. Doubt that will happen again, too dangerous to catch cheaters.
:burnout:
My only question is why did they only leak it to the media one and a half years later? Not into conspiracies, but it was shortly after an interview online where Fury was talking about Zionist Jews running the banks and media etc. (Which I 100% don't agree with) and gays, paedophiles etc.
I guess they just had enough of him talking all this nonsense and decided to punish him. The message I got from this though is that they let him get away with cheating so long as he was playing ball, but when they found out he was a loose cannon only then do they bring this up.
The key takeaway I get from this is that some high profile athletes are cheat today, and it isn't a secret but they get away with it so long as they play ball and be good little boys/ and do their media duties and other contractual obligations.
They let him get away with it until he started running his mouth. Blackmail perhaps.
You are gloating over two obviously guilty cheaters partially skating because of a technicality???

FURY DID NOT HAVE HIS RESULTS DISQUALIFIED
"UKAD accepts that because Tyson Fury and Hughie Fury were not put on notice of their alleged UK ADR Article 2.1 violations until June 2016, and because no adverse analytical findings or adverse passport findings were reported in respect of any of the urine and/or blood samples collected from them after February 2015 (including from Tyson Fury on 11 May 2015, 16 July 2015, 8 October 2015, 17 October 2015, 11 November 2015, 13 July 2016, and 4 May 2017; and from Hughie Fury on 11 May 2015, 25 July 2015, 8 October 2015, 17 October 2015, 14 November 2015, 18 July 2016, 29 September 2016, 18 February 2017, 19 April 2017, 8 August 2017, 29 August 2017, and 23 September 2017), therefore in accordance with UK ADR Article 10.8 the competition results they obtained in their fights after February 2015 should not be disqualified.
SUCK ON THAT ONE
Fury was not informed of a "failed" test for OVER 1.5 YEARS. OVER 1.5 YEARS! UNHEARD OF. They couldn't build a case against him. Nandrolone is naturally produced in the body. It was a "borderline" failure. Their case was thrown out of court and Fury could have bankrupted UKAD if he continued to proceed with legal action.
UKAD showed absolute incompetency and complete failures in their handling on the Fury case. They sat on a nothing result then got schooled around a courtroom by a gypo who was on a bender at the time and told them to "F off" when they wanted to test in him late 2016 whilst he was out of the sport & they were taking proceedings against him. Embarrassing. Fury schooled them worse than he schooled Wilder.

Lol anyone can Type LIES.
Here’s is the excerpt from the official website.
The proceedings have therefore been resolved on the following basis: the anti-doping rule violations based on the reported presence of elevated levels of nandrolone metabolites are upheld, the refusal charge is withdrawn, Hughie and Tyson Fury each receive a two-year period of ineligibility, and their results from their respective fights in February 2015 are disqualified. Taking into account that no adverse analytical findings or adverse passport findings were reported in respect of any of the urine and/or blood samples collected from either boxer after February 2015 (including from Tyson Fury on 11 May 2015, 16 July 2015, 8 October 2015, 17 October 2015, 11 November 2015, 13 July 2016, and 4 May 2017; and from Hughie Fury on 11 May 2015, 25 July 2015, 8 October 2015, 17 October 2015, 14 November 2015, 18 July 2016, 29 September 2016, 18 February 2017, 19 April 2017, 8 August 2017, 29 August 2017, and 23 September 2017), their competition results after February 2015 are not disqualified. Taking into account the delays in results management that meant charges were not brought in respect of the nandrolone findings until June 2016, and the provisional suspensions that Tyson and Hughie Fury have already effectively served, the two year period of ineligibility is backdated to 13 December 2015, and therefore expires at midnight on 12 December 2017

Tyson Fury fans are liars just like him. You cut out a lot of quotes l. His results were disqualified point blank period.
UKAD's position is that the anti-doping rule violations it has asserted have been committed and the consequences set out in the UK Anti-Doping Rules should apply. Tyson and Hughie Fury's position is that they have never knowingly or deliberately committed any anti-doping rule violation. In recognition of the respective counter-arguments and the risks inherent in the dispute resolution process, each side has accepted a compromise of its position.
Guess we should save a lot of money and time with all this useless drug testing then and have some genius like yourself just tell us who is clean and who is not.

Looks forward to your response. Mr. know it all.
Well, it looks that I stand corrected. You're still a douche bag though and an awful poster. I would have green K'd you if you weren't acting like such an ass. I may not live on this forum like a lot of you,but there's still no need to quote my same post twice. I get to 'em when I do. This is obviously a highlight in your life.
I'm sure things vary between commissions. I don't ever recall hearing or reading about this result being changed. Apparently, it took over a year for them to change it. Maybe you'll get your wish and the BBBofC will change the Fury result.

:haha:
Fury beat Hammer from pillar to post, and was clean. LMAO, Fury living in more posters heads rent free than anyone else in boxing not Floyd.
WAR FURY!

No you don't, you are technically disqualified from fighting, so as you said, a "No Contest".
My question is then, why is Fury still credited with the win and why is Hammer still listed as having 5 losses?

Buddy, you don't get a DQ loss on your record for failing a test. No boxer, at any point in time in the history of the sport, has a DQ loss for failing a drug test. If you want to call it a no contest or no decision, that's fine and that's what it should be.
The retardation on this forum is toxic.
Badou Jack recently had his fight credited as a win from the Lucian Bute fight because Bute tested positive. Bute now has a loss on his record from that fight. Now who’s the retard? It’s always the out of shape bums who never stepped foot in a ring a day in their life swearing they know the most about boxing. Next time do your research RETARD
Looks forward to your response. Mr. know it all.
