I actually mentioned not liking Fury's decision to move to ESPN. Financially it is probably good but it kills the Wilder rematch because that chump is one of those network stooges. Having said that, Fury v AJ becomes more likely.

Why would ESPN invest so much in Fury if he's Boring fighter ? I think Arum saw that Fury has a Good chance of beating Wilder . If he would to win naturally AJ would be next . Arum wants some of that AJ money . Being in boxing as long as he has he Knows Fury can Possibly beat Both AJ and Wilder .

I don't think Fury wants a rematch with Wilder so I don't think there will be a rematch. I don't know who Fury or Wilder will fight next but I don't believe they will be fighting each other.

You are forgetting something and that is "The Bronze Bomber is in the catbird seat. He is the WBC's heavyweight champion and current titleholder. Therefore, all roads leads through him. He doesn't have to come to ESPN to defend his title against Tyson Fury if he doesn't want to. It's his prerogative. Also, Wilder doesn't owe Tyson Fury shit. He threw him a lifeline after Fury got on both his hands and knees and begged him for a charitable voluntary defense of his WBC title which he did not earn or deserve but out of the kindness of Deontay's heart he granted it to him. Absolutely right. In order for Arum/ESPN to get ROFI (return on funds invested) there has to be a Joshua or Wilder fight. No other hwt bring that kind of money. Throw in that team Joshua flat out ain’t gonna let anyone have that big of a piece of the pie and it’s easy to see Wilder has some real power here. thing is...i dont think that there is any guarantee for fury that reaches that kind of number that they threw out there..i think that number they floated has what they estimate him to earn for a wilder and for an AJ fight...i may be wrong but i really feel like thats the case

Arum hasn't said they won't take part in a purse bid, and the reason a bid hasn't been called is because both sides asked for it to be postponed so they could negotiate a deal. Wilder isn't in any position to dictate anything to anybody.
