According to the contract, NSAC and the opposing camp were to be notified of any approved TUEs.
Seems like Floyd camp is the only one following the rules when it comes the TUE process. Why didnt Pacquiao?
IF (we all know they are lying but whatever) they had a TUE for PRP treatments, Celestone, xcylocaine and TORADOL as per BOB ARUM CLAIMED then why don't they receive any criticism from anyone for an obvious breach of contract?
Three weeks doe.
Of course you're not alone. Your just another biased hater. And Floyd is the most hated boxer - No - most hated athlete in 40 years. You'd have to go back to Jim Crow laws to find a more hated athlete by so called "fans of the sport".
....And thats its OK. That's what makes Floyd's success so inspiring. Learn to embrace the hatred, let it fuel your goals. Accept the biased criticism and move forward. 50-0.
Elevated the sport to new heights. Introduced stringent testing. Did more for boxers world wide than any promoter, writer or fan.
Only reason I even respond because you play dumb and say **** like "3 weeks doe". You dont have even the slightest clue about a Theraputic Use Exemption Application, the approval process nor the TUE committee responsibility as doctors.
You aren't going to offer a knowledgable opinion. Just a biased one.
"3 weeks" lol. Stfu
Just come right out the gate with that hater shlt. Don't be a ***** about it at first. Beat around the Bush to make it seem you're semi rational or informed. No.
Say "I think Floyd cheated because he looks like one."
And stop with the sucker **** - "everyone is a cheater so is Floyd." because you can't even do that right without being irrationally biased.
Lol at me being biased. Your entire posting on this site is just Floyd hugging. You are never in any other threads just Floyd and Manny (because of Floyd). I’ve been a Mayweather fan. I followed him from before he’d ever won a title. There’s just a lot of legit reasons to dislike him. One of them is so called “fans” of the sport who just hug his nuts and are really fans of Floyd not boxing. I’d put you in that category. You aren’t a fan of boxing you are a biased Floyd nutthugger. 99% of his fans aren’t boxing fans and log in just to skim through the forum and see what topics involve him and camp out in them. Fake boxing fans. I just looked at your post history and it’s entirely Floyd lol.
I’m done talking with nut huggers. I’m down to talk with boxing fans not over emotional fanboys that cry if you say something mean and objective about their celebrity crush. Most are fake fans too. Started following him after Jones got KO’d, looked at a pound for pound list and probably never even gone to see him fight live.
Canelo was tested thoroughly against Floyd and I have my suspicions on Floyd’s testing. I’m not alone in thinking the testing was mainly to make sure the opponent was clean.
There’s a few reasons to hate Floyd. He’s a scumbag woman beater, he’s a racist, he’s an attention seeker and if you don’t like c0ocky people or people that constantly trash others then he’s not appealing there either, he’s a cheater and he has the worst nutthuggers in the history of the sport which can turn folks off too. His fans make Pacquaio fans look normal.

You're all in Canelo threads calling him a cheat....but only against GGG and not Floyd? Floyd never faced a juiced opponent?
In that case I'd have to assume deep down you believe USADA is good at detering cheats ..... OR you have extreme prejudice against Floyd.
Is it because hes undefeated or is it something else that fuels your hatred towards Floyd. Just asking.

You're wondering how is it possible to confirm a medical condition by watching a video. You're right. Kinda.
Well I would have to go with watching hours of video of someone using their arm throwing punches since uhhhh 2008?... vs determining level of dehydration over a 30 min clip.
Yeah. Going with the arm video.
Especially if the doctor that prescribed the medication is the same doctor who cleared Manny for to fight.
floyd fans: manny didnt have an injury, he was training and throwing punches just fine!
floyd drinks water at the weight in and looked perfectly fine before the fight even did an interview the night before.
floyd fans: you can't tell if a person is dehydrated or not. this is not something that will show on a person!
ohh reallyyy???
this is how a dehydrated fighter looks --

- -Manny's shoulder problems long known about right up there with his cramping up in some fights.
Physically hes the most hyperactive fighter in boxing history always on the go. If he grew up in today's America, he'd been drugged up on Ritalin and other psych meds along with free breakfast and lunch programs to keep him fat and happy in class to collect the 13 years of public school subsidies and you grade schoolers would have to be messing yourselves over someone else.

That they are both cheats but that Manny was clean for Floyd and denied what he asked for and Floyd despite saying he was fighting weight like a month out got “de-hydrated” (lol at anyone buying that) and then only asked for his TUE 3 weeks later.
Manny is a cheat and has no doubt fought cheats. Floyd is a cheat who’s never fought an opponent who was juiced IMO.
Overall though I just think it's really tired that both sets of nutthuggers talk about this dumb fight. It was one of the worst fights ever.

You dont plan to be dehydrated.
That would be like calling your auto insurance company to start a claim in advance for an accident 1 month away.
But I understand your concern.
Hey what are your thoughts on
1. Manny NEVER disclosed the USADA TUE as per contract rules for the shot
Or
2. Bob Arum is lying about receiving a TUE for the shot
OR
3. Roach claims Floyd gave the authorization for the shot
(New development)
Which version of events are you going with?

i dont care if it's vada or usada, which is cheaper, etc. im not here for that, that's beating a dead horse and i dont have time for that..
im just pointing out the fact that yall said pac was training and throwing punches just fine. so the injury was an excuse, yet floyd looked perfectly fine too, yet yall said he was hydrated?

Didn't Floyd request his TUE like 3 weeks after taking it? Surely if everything is on the up and up you do it before?

What point?
VADA is the cheaper alternative so it's better false narrative or the point about Floyd never being dehydrated.
In 2015 Thomas Hauser claimed 50k to test a fighter 22 times is too much.....
2019 and the last I checked VADA does less testing since they don't do any passport monitoring.
VADA conducted only a total of 2 test on a fighter for a contracted fight paid by the boxers/promoters.
Many boxers in the VADA 365 year round testing aren't being tested due to lack of funding AS PER THOMAS HAUSER.
15,000 for 2 test doesnt seem like the cheaper alternative.
Or the part about Floyd never being dehydrated? Lol.
Yeah good point if your opinion is based on misinformation I guess.

In previous post, you're trying to justify the need of a toradol shot when you see Manny in full training but when there is a video of Floyd at the weigh-in press conference drinking water, didn't have problems making weight, and never been dehydrated in prior fights how can you justify IV treatment as legit when Floyd infused outside medical facility in his home, which violates the protocol. He did not look dehydrated. When you see the weigh-in during Floyd/Canelo fight and take notice of canelos physic, now that looks like somebody dehydrated trying to make catch weight. You are making all this fuss about Manny abusing toradol yet the NFL toradol conspiracy you brought up was never a proven fact for enhancement. If it was, toradol would be currently a banned substance in wada prohibited list. It's not banned. That conspiracy is a week arguement. The whole scenario looks like usada is in Floyd's pocket to protect him. I mean there is VADA agency which would cost Floyd less to conduct testing but he chose the extremely expensive agency in usada?
And there is no breach of contract whether you think Manny is lying. If he said usada approve application for toradol and arum claims that he did and usada failed to submit on time, you can't prove for either side of who messed up. Main point is Manny never took anything before the fight to have an advantage so what is all this fuss about lawsuit and breach of contract?
good point.
Well well well. You learn something new everyday......never a dull moment with pact@rds.
Freddie Roach now claims Floyd Mayweather authorized the shot?!?!!!
Rofl.
If it is not a banned substance there could not of been a TUE
Just realized Manny's prefight form
list drugs that he is taking. One of them being
CELESTONE (24 hour ban)
WADA prohibited drugs list "in competition" under the name betamethasone
Just saying......where's the USADA TUE Bob?
Or is it a breach of contract?
3 weeks doe.
That fine. This will be my last point then I'm out.

Rules are:
1. USADA notifies the other camp if a TUE is approved.
2. It's the fighters responsibility to notify NSAC of a TUE approved by USADA
This falls on USADA and Manny. That's a breach of contract
OR
You have to accept there was no TUE and team Manny lied receiving one from USADA.
No other scenario here for you to choose. If you believe what Team Manny says : it's a breach of contract in Floyd's favor.
I can respect that. Kind of refreshing actually.
Deflecting to another point or blatantly lying about previous statements happens frequently around here.
Some posters go so far as to delete the entire post so they don't have to acknowledge they were wrong.
Respect
Likewise, when i mess up i'll admit it, i hate when people just cant man up and admit "bruh i was wrong"
I think ur accusing me of things I never said.
The only things I've said here was that Pacquiao's attempted use of Toradol was odd, especially because even he got caught lying about it. You can't deny that. He said himself he had no injury, he claimed his sparring partners left camp, claimed he couldn't spar...and even you admit and said, Oh--he's going to spar with only one hand.
lol. Your bias is astounding.
As for Floyd, the point where all of that noise stops is that an IV masks PED's by dilution. The urine was required to be checked for dilution by two separare en****** to make sure it wasn't diluted. Therefore, it was impossible that the IV masked anything.
So what you have is Manny wasn't allowed to use Toradol, Floyd didn't use PED's, Mayweather won.
The end. Good day, sir.
You will not understand from a fighters standpoint cause you probably never competed. In Manny's case with over 70 fights, I can understand all the wear and tear and it seems reasonable why he would take toradol as a precaution due to previous injuries. It's not banned.
It was civil with you and I compared to how you dealt with the other guy. Peace
