I gotta disagree with you. I think Broner is trying. He just doesn't know want to do when an opponent throws a bunch. Or when his opponent has real power. He seems to believe he should win a round if he throws zero punches and makes his opponent only land 15 out of 100 punches. He fails to realize that Floyd, Hopkins, and other greats would counter after making their opponents miss. Broner just makes them mess and doesn't throw anything back. And he seems to believe that should win him rounds. Watch any of his interviews. Maybe instead of being a hustler, who uses a brash, ignorant personality to sell fights, maybe Broner really is that dumb. Maybe he does believe he is winning, when every viewer has him far behind. I honestly think he should stop getting these chances. I can understand if a guy has limits, but you can visibly see he's not trying. He's down like 10 rounds in the 11th round and he's on his bike whilst pacquiao didn't even hit him for that to happen yet. Broner is a coward hiding behind an iron chin.. Broner at the lower weights didn't have to worry about fighters with pop cause he was a much bigger and heavier guy as is.
