After a very good display tonight against Adrien Broner, who do you guys want to see Pacquiao fight next and what fight makes the most sense for him right now?
I'd love to see him fight the winner of Errol Spence vs Mikey Garcia. But I think a fight against Keith Thurman for the real WBA belt would be the best fight for Manny right now. On the contrary to a lot of people I wouldn't like to see him fight Terence Crawford because I think it wouldn't be that competitive. Only if Pacquiao and Crawford are the 2 last men standing that I would like to see that fight.
Shawn Porter is out of question for me against anyone due to his ugly style.
Manny won against Broner but looked his age
If there’s no Mayweather fight whatever prime WW Haymon decides to have fight PAC in his next fight or the fight after will absolutely body bag him
I’m thinking It’ll probably be either Spence , Mikey or Thurman who gets the call in the next 12 months To be the guy to take Pacs scalp
That's why Broner was able to come back in 8th
Broner dont have that power to knock Pac out tho
Should've let Pac out of his cage
Yeah. Broner is a piece of ****. I was jumping up and waiting for a knock out in round 7 and 8 lol.
Oh real. I didn't see it on the corner side.
Yeah they don't want that mistake happening again so it's safe to play cautious and not get reckless.

After the 7th, it was kinda stupid of Buboy telling Manny not to go for the kill. Buboy prolly still traumatized from that Marquez fight

I think Thurman, Crawford and Spence want no piece of this version of Manny.
They are unbeaten lions, getting first L against 40 years old smaller man would hurt their legacy bad.
Otherwise, Porter, Danny, Granados, Berto...don`t have to care about unbeaten status.
bring on the killer!! pac is old. he needs to be tested to see if he can still really hang. if not, then call it a day. i want spence, thurman, porter. these guys are known to come to throw. pac hasnt really been into a real fight these past 2 fights. lucas and broner was completely scared to death! bring on the young guns!
Ahh maybe they were scared to death because Pac still hit like a ton of bricks.
Haven’t you noticed most Pac opponents back pedal when Pac is their opponent. You guys should realise pac, packs a wallop in his punches. They go on survival mode when they taste it. Tyson always say, everyone has a plan until they get hit.
Prime Pacquiao would've ended Broner in Round 7/8 - was gutted he couldn't pull through.

Cash out fight? Manny had his cash out fight vs Floyd already. That was his walkaway payday. Now he's just chugging along cashing every check he can get & he can lose to all these guys at 147 that got a belt & he's still not gonna be cashed out. And Manny might even get another cash out vs Floyd. Or if McGregor boxes again Manny could be in play for that payday too.
Manny's a tough dude. And oddly outside of his KO losses the worst I ever seen him look in a fight waa when Horn was allowed to mug him. I'm not sure Manny beats any of these guys except maybe Porter, but I don't think he's gonna take some horrific beating to any of them.
And hell man Manny has money problems cuz its come so easily to him like a lot of athletes. Nothing is gonna save him from himself with that except him having big money coming in post boxing.
Lol wut? What kinda paydays do you think Josh Kelly & Regis Prograis are bringing Manny?
And do you honestly think Manny is running over those guys anyway?
He's not getting paid half as much for those fights & those guys are risks too. And at Manny's age he could come in a shadow of himself for any fight & be done. In the risk vs reward assessment it makes zero sense for an old guy to not run towards the money while he can.
And lol at your theory the PBC 147lbers get sorted out by the end of this year. Thurman has been sitting on his hands for a year & change now & he's only fighting Josesito Lopez next. I got no faith he'll fight again this year. And Porter has had chances to fight Spence already. These guys ain't figuring out nothing with who's #1 in the next 11 months. I'm not even confident there will be a fight between the 3 of them that happens this year.
Manny can get decent money fighting almost anybody, and all the 140 champs would pose a risk, but they are all winnable fights. The 147 champs are all high risk, and the reward wouldn't be that great. Thurman, Porter, and Spence, need to fight each other to really make the Pacquiao PPV big.
Also, you said you don't think Manny will take a horrific beating against any of the 147 champs, but I think he could end up like Adonis Stevenson if he's not careful. Spence is stopping everyone they put in front of him, Thurman has good power, and Porter's rough style would be a nightmare for Pacquiao based on the Horn fight.
Prime Pacquiao would've ended Broner in Round 7/8 - was gutted he couldn't pull through.
I love Pacquiao but he's old now and I think he should retire. Maybe a last fight with Floyd Mayweather to cash out then retire for good.

I want him to retire asap. If Khan doesn’t get KOed against crawford then fight him and KO him lol
Vs who??? I wouldn't be mad at Josh or Regis getting a shot at Manny to make their own names, but wtf is in that for Manny?
Its also short money & all risk for Manny. Its more respectable & less damaging to Manny's overall legacy to lose to any of these 147 title holders over the much less proven & less sellable 140 title holders.
If there is some superfight looming at 140, like say Loma moved up or whoever wins the WBSS tournament got to some level of Bud Crawford status at 140 at a future date, than it'd make some sense. Right now I don't see it making any sense at all.
Manny is in this for money & big fights not just to keep winning fights. And sh^t man at Manny's age he's on borrowed time in the ring & there is no telling how many fights he has left w/e weight he's at.
But for Manny, a fight against Spence, Thurman, or Porter, would most likely be a cash out fight in my opinion. Win or lose, Manny takes a lot of damage against any of those guys and has to call it a career. Manny's money problems are well documented, and that's why he still fighting. I'm not sure if one more fight against any of those 3 is going to be enough to solve his money problems for good.
Sadly, Manny says he wants to fight a few more years. He has a shot at unifying 140 and making some decent money against those guys. Meanwhile, the PBC 147 champs (Spence, Thurman, Porter) can fight each other. A top welterweight will emerge (probably Spence) and then Manny moves back up for a mega fight in 2020.
