TYSON FURY has been sent a derisory' offer to fight Anthony Joshua, according to Frank Warren. Joshua, who holds three of the four major world heavyweight titles, is on the hunt for his next opponent with another Wembley Stadium date pencilled in for April 13. Click Here To Read More]
If you don't know a smaller target is harder to hit than a bigger target do we really need to discuss anything. If you don't know again that a mobile target is harder to hit than a stationary target what thing do we have to discuss? I'm sure you are on the wrong place, you ought to be in a psychiatric ward having some mental health tablets or in a home for the retarded with someone cleaning your ass. That settles it, enjoy your sad life.
A smaller target really can be a lot harder to hit, it’s true but when someone is a mere few inches shorter it makes very little difference. You’d understand some of the other variables if you ever tried boxing and with your little pin head you wouldn’t need to worry about getting hit. It might even take away some of your frustrations and start to make a man out of you. Ok, maybe that is too optimistic - you’d probably just get slapped about. Oh well...
You don't know me so don't make claims about me not having boxed.
- I’m right though of course.
Also Boxers have different styles, some are all about power because of their body types while some want to be elusive. The smaller elusive guy is difficult to get even kindergarten science will tell you a smaller target is harder to get but a balance is needed because if he becomes too small he might not be able to take a shot because at one point he will get hit.
-Interesting...
Also you are self contradicting, if you starve you become smaller not bigger.
-they dehydrate with the aim of rehydrating, I don’t know whether it’s worth explaining further as I doubt you’ll get it
You can often predict a boxer's strategy especially at heavyweight based on how they intent to fight by how they manage their weight.
-yes the being like a pesky little buzzy fly method works a treat
I'm not so sure what you have achieved that could make you say Crawford is talking ****, more power to you, you must be in the top 3 pound for pound boxers of all time.
-you’re being a silly boy now. There’s many greater people out there than myself and even than you, doesn’t mean they can’t talk out of their bottoms though
I don't know if you know darts or archery, even Steve Wonder will tell you the small centre bit is harder to hit than the bigger plate.
-I don’t, boxing is my thing. I’ll not try to tell you about darts because I know nothing and you might try a similar approach

I’m not sure that an actual deal has been sent to Frank Warren and the conversation between Fury and Hearn didn’t bear any fruit when Fury pushed him for further details. Whatever you think of the situation it’s does come across that matchroom say 1 thing and do another.
Eddie Hearn and matchroom have very little credibility as a result and are facing bigger and bigger questions that even their fan base are finding difficult to defend. Anything they say now can and does change. It’s remarkable he doesn’t get pulled up on it more often.
If there is a deal split of 60/40 that cant be bad and one that’s seriously worth considering. Unfortunately Matchroom seem to be making a huge song and dance about deals they haven’t submitted and are clearly not serious about at all.
From my perspective looking into matchroom activity on how they conduct themselves it certainly doesn’t instil confidence that the current #1 Heavyweight is actually the best in the division.
AJ has no alternative at present but sit in the shadows and watch the growing numbers for Tyson Fury vs Wilder II and watching his own decline in popularity and revenue.
Hearn is running round to the WBO to ensure they don’t strip AJ of the title if he doesn’t fight Dillian Whyte and ensure they sanction a match with miller or anyone else they can throw in the mix and therefore approve a delay for the mandatory defence. In my honest opinion as a minimum the WBO should force that mandatory defence immediately and call in the purse bids. Either way what good is #1 heavyweight if he only cherry picks opposition.

Well I’m afraid Crawford is talking *****. You really think guys starve and dehydrate themselves to be a bigger fighter in a division because they want to be the best possible target for their opponent?
Again, you evidently haven’t boxed and don’t understand.

Check what a professional boxer Terence Crawford had to say about what I said:

“I improved since then,” Crawford said. “I showed that I can take a better shot than what Gamboa hit me with. At that time in my career, I got a little too ****y. I walked into a shot without even looking at it. Gamboa’s fast, he has fast feet and fast hands. He’s much shorter than Amir Khan. If you go back and watch the fight, yeah I was missing him but like an inch because he was so short. Amir Khan is a lot bigger and therefore will be a bigger target than Gamboa so I don’t look to be missing Amir Khan like I missed Gamboa.”

Even after a purse bid is set, sides can still negotiate. Do you not remember Jacobs vs ggg?
But either way, You keep ducking the main point. Joshua's offers are meaningless now that the fight has been ordered. That is according to YOUR own argument. :*******:
A unification will still trump a mandatory. WBC wouldn't strip Wilder for fighting Joshua and delaying the order to fight Fury.
Likewise they won't strip Wilder if Fury decides he doesn't want the fight and goes with Joshua.
So the offers should and will still get made. Following Hearn's comments they'll be 60/40 splits with two way rematch clauses giving more money to the winner in the second fight.
That's going to be very tempting to someone who thinks they can beat Joshua.
50% at least.....for both fury and wilder. The primadonna days are over for Joshua. Wilder and fury made more and can make double what they made fighting each other and Joshua is totally shut out of the picture with no big fights. Even his sycophantic casual nationalist fans are losing interest. Until he and Hearn learn some humility and stop acting like King Joffe Jafur and Semi, they should be shut out of the big picture.
50/50 oh do shut up. Tyson is getting 40% against Wilder but he should get 50% against Joshua.? Why is Wilder offering him only 40% considering he truly lost the first fight and Tyson is fighting away from home yet again and there is only 1 belt on the line. Joshua has 4 belts yet they both deserve 50%. Use your fuc#king brain please your mama didn’t raise no fool
No you retard they get 30 days to negotiate a deal after that it goes to purse bid. You shouldn't discuss what you don't know about. You've exposed yourself as being full of **** and a bit thick because you can't comprehend the rules. :lol1:

What are you on about? Joshua holds all the belts, he's the draw, that's just a fact.
AJ fights his mandatorys to keep his belts and ALSO offered Wilder and Tyson record paydays.
Again those are the facts.
Those are indeed facts, with the exception that AJ holds all the belts.
Another inescapable fact is that Wilder and Fury agreed to fight and it captured the imagination of fans, hard-core and casual alike.
This has, to use the idiom, shot Hearn's fox, as Eddie has lost control of the HW division.
He now has a stadium booking in April with no credible opponent and will be frozen out until after the Wilder/Fury rematch has concluded.
I want to see the best meet the best and the winner of Wilder/Fury 2 will be in a position to demand an equal split, which unfortunately for Eddie, will eat into his profit margin.
The figures for Wilder/Fury vs AJ will be eye watering...and so they should be.
Not true...Wilder can accept if he wants ALL the belts and a bigger payday.
Then he will get stripped of his WBC and will make less money. The Fury rematch in Vegas is bigger than Joshua at Wembley. Let's say the fight does 650K only in the US which is extremely reasonable. that's about 50mil right there without tickets sales and the rest. Not to mention UK money.
On the otherhand, AJ is only for British money because it wouldn't be PPV in the US.
Stick to the facts
Lets all be real for just one second.....the truth is that AJ is a threat and both Wilder and Tyson want massive pay for a potential career ending fight. I don't blame them or Warren for wanting more or Hearn for negotiating for less because that's what happening here. Frankly, everything else is nonsense, tribal fandom and BS.
Could Wilder pull off a win? Possibly but not likely. Tyson certainly has a better chance but he would unquestionably be the betting underdog and for good reason.
Take off the rose colored glasses and see it for what it is.
For real because the WBA and WBO explicitly say 60, IBF gives a 90 day voluntary. And Joshua doesn't have the WBC so how can they call him to fight a mandatory before Wilder fights:lame:
So you're pretty much admitting that Wilder can't accept hearn's offer and they are meaningless at this point.
Not true...Wilder can accept if he wants ALL the belts and a bigger payday.
Are attempt to come to a deal and coming to a deal the same thing? No they aren't you idiot. So contact has to be made in 30 and a deal reached in 60. But 30 days tho LMAO.
Either way, you're still missing the point that AJ's offers mean nothing at this time because the purse bid has been set for Wilder-Fury.
Mando for a single lessor belt and less money is not equal. Lets not forget, one fight is for undisputed Heavyweight for twice the money and all the belts...the other is one and done at half the pay day.
50% at least.....for both fury and wilder. The primadonna days are over for Joshua. Do they make the kind of money NFL and NBA stars make? I never played the game, but I love the jerseys! Lol! Bob is on point though! In my Grandfather's generation, Boxing and Baseball were King! My Father's generation re-invented the game of Basketball, but Boxing was still King! By the time I was a teen in NYC, nothing tops Basketball! Any man over 6'2" with good footwork was seeking to be in the NBA, and boxing was simply exercise, like Weightlifting or Karate! We cheered for Mike Tyson, but we didn't want to be like Mike, WE WANTED TO BE LIKE MIKE...JORDAN!
Rugby stars won't be making as much money as NFL and NBA stars. But only a few UK HWs will earn as much as a top class rugby pro.
The 60 days is the minimum they give before the fight is due (has to happen), they get 30 day to negotiate. :dunce:
Here's the WBO.
The World Championships Committee shall inform each World Champion recognized as such by the Organization in his respective weight category of division, in writing, with at least sixty (60) days of previous notice, of the obligation to defend the title in a compulsory fight against the Mandatory Challenger. It is contemplated that the Champion and the Mandatory Challenger shall attempt in good faith to reach an agreement within the first thirty (30) days of the sixty (60) days mentioned herein. The President or the Championship Committee may increase or decrease the time in which the Champion and the Mandatory Challenger should reach an agreement, which period shall be not less than five (5) days. If the Champion and the Mandatory Challenger fail to reach agreement within such time as is determined by the President consistent with these regulations, the President may order a Purse Bid as hereinafter provided. Either the Champion or the Mandatory Challenger may end this negotiation period by written notice to the WBO at any time during the Thirty (30) day negotiation period. The WBO President shall have the discretion to reduce the negotiation period to not less than five (5) days. The WBO President may call the Purse Bid within ten (10) days of the end of the negotiation period.
