Boxing fans are a weird bunch so against new investments everyone used to ***** about pbc but now the forum has become England v America everyone has forgotten about pbc being bad and complains about hearn

More of these signings please! it makes sense, if I was a young amateur I wouldn't want to hold my career up for two years while the IOC makes a decision. End of the day, no young boxer dreams of winning a medal.

Miller fight cancelled 3 days out due to an inability to find him an opponent. “Only” four fights now against TBA opponents. Wondering what the main event is though...Linares vs Journyman or Andrade vs Journymen?

As a UK boxing fan, I have no skin in the name. But what it has done is cause the others to up their game. Some really good fights (non-DAZN) are coming out of the US (today being a good example). Only good for boxing fans. As a UK boxing resident it’s difficult to comment on DAZN, just because we don’t get it here. But so far I don’t think it has done anything special. But I don’t think anyone would expect that anyways. It’s like when you start a new business don’t expect a profit after 3 months.

The Commentators suckkk!!! Also the search function on their app still doesnt work. One thing I noticed that pissed me off too, the WBSS matches don’t go in the library. The Matchroom and GBP matches do, but it seems like the WBSS cards expire.

FOX commentators suck, SRL holds the DAZN crew back and then ESPN leaves a lot to be desired. Honestly, the best crew very well may be SHO Box crew. They are really good IMO.

So it's been 3 months since the DAZN launch with Matchroom USA, and as I mentioned that very day it should be reviewed at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. Hearniacs agreed until they started to look at the cards that Eddie put out...Anyways, in the last three months MATCHROOM USA: 10/06/2018 - Wintrust Arena, Chicago IL 10/20/2018 - TD Garden, Boston MA 10/27/2018 - Madison Square Garden (Theater) New York, NY 11/17/2018 - Kansas Star Arena, Mulvane, KS UPCOMING: 01/18/2018 - Madison Square Garden (Theater) New York, NY 03/15/2018 - Liacouras Center Philadelphia, PA First thing I noticed is after the Kansas card, these USA cards are getting more spread out. I originally thought that was a good thing since everyone was saying he was spreading himself too thin...but two months between the Kansas card and next weeks card, and we still have 5 fights with TBA opponents...six days out. That's pathetic. As far as his UK cards on DAZN, they have provided at least a few good fights (AJ vs Povetkin, Usyk vs Bellew) But there have been ZERO PPV quality fights which is what they were advertising. Also, losing the Whyte vs Chisora fight to Showtime is a black eye. Especially to everyone who got a 1 month free trial for the Canelo fight, and then had zero boxing for the next month after that (dafuq were they thinking?) but for the most part, this has been a failure for boxing IMO. Feel free to post your thoughts and discuss the first three months of DAZN. I'm a supporter of DAZN, but you make some great points. Im still waiting, hoping, it works out well for boxers and boxing fans.

If you offered me 7.5 months of Dazn or Wilder-Fury 2, there's no contest. Let's see if the finances work for Canelo and GGG 3. I still don't see how you can make a PPV fight without charging PPV prices. That’s the bs catch right there. There motto was no more PPV’s. Too be sure they wouldn’t F that up

You're speculating....... Absolutely, but you don't all of a sudden get Oscar calling for the trilogy when just a month ago he said we have other plans for Canelo. Clearly means the amount of subscribers are low, and/or there is thought GGG may sign with the PBC so they are trying to persuade him to sign with DAZN by giving GGG the most lucrative fight next.

I am the wait and see type of person. Too early to say if it is a complete failure

I think there will be pressure to make some of their big fights ASAP. Evan (Fistiandos) said the reason they are pushing hard for Canelo/GGG next when DLH had other plans just a month ago is likely due to the low subscriber base they currently have. You're going to have to put Joshua in the states either next or later this year as well. First half of 2019 you will see DAZN going for it all. This is their time to truly to expand their brand and increase the subscribers. If they can't do it now, then it's just never going to happen until they start getting other sports league. It will show DAZN that there is no need to invest so much in boxing when you aren't getting the subs in return. So in conclusion, I think fans will be satisfied with the fights DAZN puts on for the most part in the first half of 2019. Obviously the first two cards are lacking, but it should pick up.
