Buboy puts his hand in position 1 and 2, he doesn't move them until Pacquiao lands, he then moves to position 3 and waits until Pacquiao lands. There's no timing. The mitt isn't moving, it's stationary until Pacquiao lands. What's he "catching" doing mitt work. The punches are called out and the mitt stays in one position until punched. There's no timing involved. the mitts doesnt stay up the whole time. the mitts gets brought up soon as manny's punches are thrown. that's timing lol!!! is buboy just holding the mitts out straight the whole clip???? :rofl:

The mitt doesn't move until he lands. Timing is predicting/seeing the target and landing in the opening before you miss the chance. This is timing. earlier training clips in previous fights of buboy holding the mitts and both of them missing punches, etc. that's bad timing. if that's not timing then what do you call that? :rofl:
