Manny's combo mitt work with buboy vs roach?

Theres a difference though. A lot of what they showed of Buboy was conditioning drills. Apart from the warm up Freddies is repetition of the fight plan.

I think Roach is just in camps for a name these days

In fairness to Freddie the man is near deaths door so he’s not as spry on the pads as he used to be. understandable, but im not even talking about the pad work itself because buboy also cant keep up with manny on the mitts. im just comparing the type of combo's roach and buboy had pac doing. im starting to like to ones that buboy make pac throws.
