Chisora called him out on the judges pre fight so the ref ruined it instead.
It messed with Chisora's head so he had to rush and take more risks and left himself open.
I feel Del Boy has only got himself to blame for the 2nd point off. You've got to be a pro, you cant throw your elbow out. He didn't give the ref much choice. I know he was being leaned on, but that's what HWs do. Chisora himself was pushing with forearms and at one point had Whyte in an almost headlock and pulling him into the ropes.
You've got to get on with it.
The first point was a little harsh. I don't think Chisora was ever going low on purpose. He had warned him a few times, but maybe one last stern warning could of done in that instance.
Worst thing of the night was clear corruption/blind favouritism shown towards Joshua Buatsi. He illegally punched a man on the break, genuinely hurting him in the process. There was no doubt what happened it was 100% a foul. And the ref dragged the hurt fighter off the canvas and told him to stop faking... 20 seconds later he had been KO'd.
I had looked away at the knockdown, and when I looked back I saw the ref pulling the fighter up off the ground, warning him, and then throwing him out there to get KO'd
blew my ****ing mind

Hey, I like Chisora, but please, stop it now, you sound a bit silly.
my first point? or second?
because I was actually surprised that two judges had the same score I did.
He's saying that Chisora became reckless with the point deductions which cost him the fight. A lot of people would agree. One sided reffing like that will mess with a fighters head, and he was KO'd about 30 seconds after the second BS point was deducted.
It would have been. he was winning the fight up to that point, but that didn't reflect that round which had the point removed (likely 10-8 Whyte, 9-9 best case scenario) I had 95-94 Chisora at that point, but if he didn't get KO'd it would have been a tie going into round 12 (best case scenario)

Its tough on Chisora all he needed to do was focus and maintain pressure. Whyte was awful TBH, he looked gassed after 5 rounds and didn't look like he had a solution. Chisora is a bit emotionally fragile, and it lost him a fight he should have won.
That's been Chisora's whole career though. How many close SD losses does he have that he should have won? He went into that fight feeling like he was going to get robbed on the cards and he was winning (by a wide margin) and had a ref deduct two BS points. He was already in his own head before the fight, kept his composure and by the time that second point was deducted he had to have been mentally defeated.

Chisora got reckless after the second point deduction for a deliberate elbow.
He was winning the fight but i think he may have been worried that the fix was in if it went to the scorecards.
