116-110 Fury.
Nobody thinks it was a draw or Wilder won they are just lying to save face and because they are fanboying.
I can agree with this score. I can see how someone would give either fighter one of the very few close rounds. I had it 115-111, Fury. The fight was an easy one to score. I only gave Wilder, on top of the two knockdown rounds, one additional frame. I think it was the second, which was itself close.
I hate to say this, but anyone who scored that fight for Wilder, or had it a draw, doesn’t know how to score a fight. Plain and simple. It was just too clear. I’ve seen plenty of fights that were open to debate. This ain’t one of ‘em, not by a long shot.
Can we stop pretending there were no close rounds in this fight?
Also can we keep this same energy about Jacobs-GGG, Trout-Nelo, GGG-Nelo, etc.
In those fights, you didn't see the same level of outrage that we are seeing now.
It's not fair tho, a boxing match is a boxing match. You judge rounds on whoever wins them, it doesn't matter if someone is a belt holder or not.

Oh damn :lol1:
Draw was fair
Fury only landed a dozen more punches and its debatable that were actually punches
Wilder put him down twice and he was lucky to get up 2nd time
You dont go to America , get flattened twice without reply and take the belt with a dozen tippy tappy woman punches
... I usually don't score fights... because of the "back yard" factor, because of "you need to do enough in order to beat the belt holder"... now: there were 2 KDs... One judge had Wilder by 7-5... other had Fury by 8-4... and the Brit had it Fury by 7-5... and Fury was at 1-2 second(s) distance from KO... :)

I think
It’s fair for close rounds to be favoured to the current champ. My 65 year old mom ( who hates boxing)watched the fight with me for my birthday even she thought a draw was fair in her words wilder hurt fury more times than fury hurt him.

114-112 fury one judge had a horrible card and it was a obivous fix but where was all this outrage during the last two Golovkin canelo fights where ggg won 116-112 twice??
When are people gonna stop with this BS saying. Only thing someone has to do is win more rounds then the champ. They dont have to go above and beyond because of some antiquated idea or belief.
No offense to you, I just hate that saying and idea that somehow it would even come to anyone's mind during a championship fight.

I won't say that Wilder beat Fury but what I will say is that Tyson cannot take a punch to save his life. He is more chinny than Gerry Cooney was. Wilder landed just two right hands the whole fight and they both hurt and dropped Fury to the canvas very badly. I will say if there is a rematch between Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder; Wilder is going to fuck him up very badly. He won't attempt to box him this time but slug it out with him until he falls for good. Wilder carried him this time and took it easy on him. However, don't expect the same thing to happen next time.
1 wilder
2 wilder
3 fury
4 fury
5 fury
6 wilder
7 wilder
8 fury
9 wilder 10/8
10 fury
11 fury
12 wilder 10/8
Wilder hung in there in the punch count and while Fury's punches sometimes had a noticeable impact on Wilder everytime Wilder connected he had a noticeable impact. Without the two knockdowns it's a draw. With them Wilder won this fight easily.
It's like everytime Fury landed the one two I'm expected to believe he stole the round but the truth is Fury didn't land the better shots very often in that fight and didn't do much outside of stay away from Wilder in the beginning.
He got spanked up the first round and all anyone can say but him landed a one two near de end doe.
In the second round he got spanked even worse.
3, 4, and 5 were pretty much the same story as far as who landed the better punches goes but since Wilder landed so few I give them to Fury.
6 and 7 Wilder punched with Fury most of those rounds and when they connected Wilder's punches clearly had more impact, in the 7th in particular Wilder outlanded Fury and landed the better shots most of the round.
8 Fury came back strong, immediately put Wilder in the corner and lands decently throughout the round while Wilder failed to land much beyond a few body jabs.
9 Wilder and Fury mix it up a bit more in this round, Fury gets caught by a glancing series of punches and goes down, easy to score 10/8 for Deontay.
10 Fury positions Wilder around the ring similar to the 8th landing beautiful combinations while Wilder gives up ground and fails to do much else.
11. This round was a real estate war for the center of the ring. At first Wilder controls the center with his body jabs until Tyson fight back with his jab. By the end of the round I felt like Tyson landed the better punches. Can't hardly remember if he actually landed more but Fury did land the better and memorable punches. Wilder tried to land some big ones but I don't remember even a glancing blow landing any time he put any pepper into his shots in the 11th.
12 Wilder damn near took Fury's head off. It was a crazy two punch combination. The ref giving Fury a count was crazy as well, but Fury getting up was probably the most impressive feat in boxing since the 90s-2000s guys retired. Was an easy 10/8 to score for Wilder. I realize Fury got back up and brought it to Wilder but he didn't do enough to steal the 10/8 from Wilder. Landed some good shots and credit to him, but Wilder floored him very hard.
My final comments on this fight have nothing to do with who won:
As a professional kinesiologist I do not believe Fury should have been allowed to continue. It's unsafe for him to take big shots like that to his head and allow him to risk being hit like that again. Period and end of. There's a decent chance Mister Fury wouldn't wake up after he'd gone to bed. Not unlike Magomed who, if I remember correctly, never got knocked out he just got hit too many times by big shots. Very, very risky move.
That said, it is just incredible how much constitution there is to Tyson Fury. He got knocked down very hard and not only got back up but got back up to bring the fight to the man who just savaged him so thoroughly. It is very impressive indeed, but if anyone's job is to protect that man from himself that person clearly failed. Just because Tyson can doesn't mean he should have been allowed to. That **** was insane.
Fury wasn't even on shaky legs somehow in the 12th after the knockdown. Either it looked way worse than it was or the man has superhuman recuperation
I feel like I need to watch the fight again not at a bar ( and not 3/4 drunk). I thought fury should have won a close decision. But that being said I can understand the draw. Fury wasn’t super active in some rounds coupled with two 10/8 rounds for wilder I think a draw makes sense. I think there’s an argument that Fury did not do
Enough to
Take the title from the champ.
Despite the controversy I loved that fight I was on the edge of my seat for all 12 rounds. Both men really put on an inspirational performance. Wilder with his never die attitude willing to risk getting ko’d To win and Fury with the crazy recovery . I can’t wait to
See either man fight again.
Plus this is the first time in a long
Time people are talking about a boxing match on
Monday morning at work

Don't see why they should be without a doubt 10-8, KD doesn't credit you 2 points but 1. Wilder missed everything appart from those kds in those 2 rounds. I gave him only 1 10-8 round.
I thought the fight was close. Wouldn’t of cried if Tyson got the decision. The first 3 to 4 rounds could’ve went either way. I think people had such low expectations of Fury coming into the fight people tend to lean Fury in all the swing rounds.
Yes this is what's happened.
you are too white
I guess you think wilder was even short changed and he deserved win?
From privacy of bedroom you can make any claim. Anonymity is a powerful thing.
