I think the styles will make it an interesting fight, but it could be dreadful for the casual observer.
Wilder is nowhere near the excitement machine he appears to be in his knockout reel. Fury has no interest in entertaining in the ring.
I see two men twitching at arm's length for a lot of this fight.
Yeah, i said this has a possibility to be a total stinker. If Fury is sharp with his counters, it might make Wilder apprehensive to let shots go and Fury won't be pressing the action either.
And i said in another thread that one of Fury's best strengths is that he doesn't care about stinking the place out if it means winning. He will do what he does. Great for him if it's working, but not for anyone else
Hahahahaha you so maddd ph*gg*t :rofl::rofl:
I'm not the one name calling. You find Fury exciting? I mean I guess its personal preference but I can't stand watching him.
Even that aside, stylistically this is a great fight.

In addition to Joshua-Klitschko, no-one ever mentions Joshua-Parker. Two unbeaten heavyweights to unify belts. It was big - it's only hindsight with Parker that diminishes it.
For all we know, this fight might end up being regarded the same.
Wilder is much much much more exciting than Parker
Agaist a midget and a cab driver. Great preparation to face a killer like Wilder. The excitement in this fight will come from seeing Fury get KO'd. Otherwise he's boring as ****.

That's true.
Then again, i don't remember many giving Parker a shot, where as this seems to be a bit more divided among the public. A lot of boxing fans never really seemed to be sold on Parker because he had looked flat in most of his meaningful fights.
Well the ts said "years of HW crap". Joshua vs Kltischko was the fight of the year. There have also been good 50-50 fights recently like Wilder-Ortiz and Whyte-Parker.
Well yeah, there has been good fights but i'd say this is the best fight on paper between two properly highly ranked heavyweights in a long time.
AJ v Wlad was a great fight and intriguing but it can't be denied that fighting Wlad was not a cherry pick as such, but a calculated risk by AJ's team because he knew he was on the slide, coming off a loss and was never going to be getting any better at 41.
Where as i do believe this is also a bit of a calculated risk by Wilder's team, they're banking on Fury being done, at least we know Fury is still young and there's some chance that he can regain what he once was, where as a 41 year old just isn't ever going to.
Even that aside, stylistically this is a great fight.

No he isn't. He's had 2 fights in the last 6 months.

I really don't. I can think of quite a few very good 50-50 HW fights in the last few years alone.
The HW division has been absolute dog***** for years. Slabs of meat fighting each other. We now have 2 undefeated beasts in a blockbuster, a genuine 50/50. But hey if you wanna carry on being a pedantic, negative, pessimistic asswipe then go ahead :bottle:
And Fury is coming off an even longer period of inactivity and coming off losing 140lbs as well as drug and mental health problems.

Stop being pedantic. You know what I mean.
Wlad was coming off a loss and inactive and 41.
Fury v Wilder is two undefeated fighters, neither are old. Fury has been inactive but at the end of the day he is still undefeated and has the best win out of all the top fighters.
This is a far better fight on paper than Wlad v AJ.
