This Is the first time ever he faces an opponent taller than him. His power will diminish as he has the punch up or straight instead of down as usual. Hopefully fury pulls it off.
I would think part of the Gameplan is the go the BODY! No better way to drain the legs than going to the body early and often but Fury is coming to be the Bully with his size, he will clinch and lean on Wilder as he should so Wilder might be the won that have to fight off the backfoot to avoid clinches and tie ups from a much heavier Fury
Body Jab should be in the Gameplan tonight for Wilder BIG TIME! Wilder likes to Head Hunt because of course he always wants the KO but Fury has good Head Movement so if he Head Hunts he will be made to look SILLY by Fury with that Jerky Movement
Hopefully fury pulls it off.
That is all Fury fans can do. Hope and pray. Seeing Fury get hit by the likes of Cunningham and Chisora, shows that Wilder doesn't need to land with all his power to ko Fury.
People are hoping that somehow Joshua isn't continually emasculated by Wilder. Hoping that AJ doesn't have to continue to tell fans to fight Wilder themselves. lol.
No matter the outcome of this fight, both are respected for fighting the best and not running away from a challenge.
Its one thing if it was significant, but fighters face 2 inch height disadvantages every day. Not enough of an advantage to significantly sap his power.
Not only that, but from all of the face to face’s we’ve had, I’m doubting Fury is 6’9.

You lose power punching down though.
Did you watch his fights? Because watching them makes me see he actually have an easier time delivering power against taller opponents
That's what I see.
Coming in light just makes him that much faster with those straight shots.
Tyson will hurt him today; I think he lets his hands go and people will take notice of the power he really does possess. In order for him to do that then Tyson must be willing to stand and trade flat-footed with Deontay, while settling down on his punches for power. However, the flip side of that coin is it will also leave him vulnerable to one of Deontay's big power punches in the return exchanges and Wilder has a hell of lot more firepower than Tyson Fury.
He won't have to. All he has to do is outwork Fury and it's wrap. Fury can't win this fight just on defense alone. He is going to have to let his hands go and throw multiple punches in bunches. He must find a way to beat Wilder to the punch. He won't do that by running out the clock and not getting hit. He must be willing to take some risks in order to win that WBC title from "The Bronze Bomber".

And the speed deficit he possesses against a real athlete.
Wilder has been his most hurt and vulnerable below 215.
