I have no strong feeling on where GGG will wind up. Everyone is trying to get him. I've heard the rumors of him leaning towards PBC, but I don't have any inside info on where he's leaning. Once strike against DAZN is that GGG is a very prideful guy and DLH has been demanding 80/20 in Canelo's favor for a third GGG fight in May. Could push GGG in another direction.
Tom L said something interesting that they'll need opponents for alvarez that sounds like he would like to freeze canelo out
Another interesting note is if he went with pbc je could work like tgb or dibella or schaefer
The only problem I see is ggg doesnt want charlo
Could u see ggg going to showtime or pbc after all if dazn wont guarantee him or loeffler a great deal why not

Therefore, if Jacobs returns back to the PBC, then they will have two belts. The IBF and the WBC. Is that correct?
Well if Jacobs returns to PBC, yes they'd have the IBF, and I do believe it's inevitable Charlo is upgraded to full WBC champion.
Canelo will likely vacate the WBC rather than face Charlo, so PBC will control the WBC before you know it. DAZN will control the WBA for a while, but the WBO will be tricky to hang on to. Arum & Warren control the WBO, so they'll throw mandatories at Andrade left and right until Hearn gives up on the belt.
If Jacobs returns to PBC, that actually gives PBC a brighter future in terms of middlweight belts than DAZN. If Jacobs goes to DAZN, PBC is on the outside looking in for sure.

Pbc and showtime do ppvs and if u have charlo ggg other middleweights will come eventually
It would make sense. There are about a million fighters with pbc. I'm sure Haymon has all kinds of scrubs he can throw g's way. We all know g isn't fighting Charlo or Jacobs or even Andrade. PBC has Austin Trout. Right there is the model of a g opponent.
Ouch. This is a low blow!
Yes, I consider it a long shot that Canelo will fight Charlo. He's shown in the past he has no problem vacating. GGG agreeing to fight Jacobs was a very ballsy move on GGG's part and only done because he was determined to be undisputed. I don't see Canelo having that same desire.
As for Jacobs, if he returns to PBC, I'd say a unification with Charlo is a near certainty. If he doesn't return to PBC, I don't see him fighting Charlo any time soon. Therefore, if Jacobs returns back to the PBC, then they will have two belts. The IBF and the WBC. Is that correct?
So are you saying that it's a long shot that Canelo defends his WBC title against Jermall Charlo? If so, then what about Daniel Jacobs? Do you believe that Canelo will challenge him to a unification bout on Cinco De Mayo of next year?

It would definitely be huge if it's true. However, I don't see a reason for him going to the PBC because they don't have many Middleweights or Middleweight titles over there; Unless he is fighting Jermall Charlo for the WBC eliminator.

The superfly series has ran it course. There's a feeling most of those are gonna end up on ESPN, especially since Zanfer is working with Arum to feature their fighters on ESPN. The problem is that Loeffler is delusional and believes that he and GGG are in a position to be asking for a same deal as GB got.
I don't think he is asking for as many dates or the type of contract Canelo got obviously, but it is smart for him to use GGG to get some dates. And a Canelo vs GGG trilogy is still by far the biggest fight that could be made at MW. That is the fight that will move the needle big time in attracting new subscribers. I mean Canelo is going to attract plenty himself even vs guys like Fielding, but DAZN goes to another level with the 3rd fight on their platform. Loeffler knows this as well, so he will hold off long enough until he gets what he wants. Because if DAZN doesn't give him dates, ESPN surely will.
Loeffler is using Golovkin to stay relevant like Duva. She used Kovalev to get a deal with NBC, Kovalev loses hes ****ed, NBC aint gunna let Kovalev the main asset fight off NBC, and none of the other champions are going to go there. Loeffler waving around Golovkin trying to get a similar deal, but noones gunna give it to him. He should be more like Dibella, who has a much better stable, and is happy for his fighters to go where his fighters get the best deal. Loefflers ego getting in the way though, and Golovkin gunna be the one ****ed over again.
Well, Hearn has reached out to Golovkin. But Loeffler wants a GBP type of deal with DAZN and isn't interested in co-promoting with Hearn or GBP. He wants to use GGG to get him dates for his other fighters.
OK now that make sense, I thought so!
Goes back to my original post of Loeffler being slightly Delusional about GGG Popularity, particularly without the backing of HBO. Nobody is making a massive long term investment into a 36 year old fighter coming off a Lose (despite most believing it wasn't a Lose).
If he is trying to Parley a GGG deal into a deal for his 360 Promotions as well I can't be mad at that but besides Ryan Martin, who else does he have :dunno:
Well, he has GGG and a few other solid fighters. And he could bring the super fly series to DAZN. If I am DAZN, I am trying to sign as many top players in boxing as possible. Become what HBO was in the mid 00s. Since other sports rights aren't open yet, try to accumulate as much talent as possible. You don't have to give them a Matchroom or GBP type of deal, but giving Loeffler four shows a year wouldn't be bad at all IMO.

If he lands on DAZN, they have to make a deal with Hearn or Oscar and Loeffler doesn't want that. He thinks he on the level where he can do what Oscar did and gets his own deal, but Loeffler has nothing to offer DAZN.

But they need opponents for him
And loeffler is saying that dazn has to reach out to him without oscar and eddie plus I could see him wanting crazy amounts of money for ggg
Maybe he only gets that kind of money with showtime and ppv with dazn possibly having to hand out over 400m
In reality only thing showtime ia missing is opponents but other than that they are the perfect fix
DAZN is not handing over hundred of millions to GGG. GGG doesn't make money. If he isn't fighting Canelo, his revenue doesn't justify him getting a deal like Canelo. He gets paid less that 3 million per fight when he fights other fighters and K2 running the show. He also isn't getting that type of money with Showtime.
