Mayweather is looking to get back in the ring. Soon. Because he likes getting hit on the head? Because he likes the grind?
No, because the well is starting to dry up. A fool and his money are soon parted.
Think it's impossible to blow through 100's of millions? Think again, here are some examples.
Tyson making $685 million, had to get back in the ring until he physically couldn't anymore.

Evander Holyfield also had extravagant spending- look what happened. Made $285 million, now worth 500k as of 2016. That's what anyone owning a home in America is worth these days.

And this is an older article, but very relevant to the topic showing other fighters that spent all their millions. Riddick Bowe lost his $50 million.

Floyd is looking to get back in the ring because the mma opponents are easy fights, and he could make upwards of 100 million. It would be stupid to turn down that amount.
Defend him and **** on him at the same time. What a unique poster base here at Boxingscene.
dope post huh
but real talk where's the shi**ing on him at? ain't hating on him, just saying he probably done with his cycle, if u think he ain't cycling then that's on you, it's all good
Some of you guys are just retarded. Floyd isn't going to go broke. You guys over exaggerate his spending habits and act like he is surrounded by the same people Tyson was surrounded by when he isn't.
Athletes and entertainers across the board are more knowledgeable about finances, even those that like to gamble. Haymon isn't an ex con like King, he has a double degree from Harvard. I'm sure he is having completely different financial discussions with Floyd than promoters have with their boxers.
It seems the main fantasy on NSB is Floyd will go broke and be forced to come back and take a fight where he gets KTFO. I get a lot of you are mad he beat you're favorite guy or you hate him for "freedom/dramashow" related reasons.
Just think rationally before you hate is all I am asking.
You honestly believe Floyd is surrounded by good people? They're all leaches.
He's taking care of an entire entourage. Literally supporting their livelihood.

lol. pac will in no way going to be broke. pac is a billionaire in the Philippines and a senator who have so many buildings and investments while floyd on the other hand is always on a strip club giving millions of dollars to a whore and spending millions of dollars on a ****ing watch. lmao.
When is the last time you seen a successful, wealthy person with so many tax problems?
That isnt a good sign.
I can see it going both ways honestly. On the one hand, just look at the way he lives, with his fast cars, dumb mansions and gambling. Anyone who spends like he does is going to burn his way through any amount of money eventually. I remember the articles on how Johnny Depp is broke now despite the vast amounts of money he earned from movies because he was spending tens of thousands of dollars a month just on wine, for instance. On the other, he's Haymon's scion and appears to be very money-conscious, meaning that he probably keeps a close eye on his bank accounts and all his investments, so should in theory know when he needs to curtail his spending.
Of course, I can also see a third outcome, that being that he ends up getting shot over some dumb drama queen nonsense before anything can come to pass, or he crashes his car or drinks himself to death, or he dies from some other similar kind of celebrity nonsense death.
Nicholas Cage too. He was in a **** ton of movies demanding top dollar and everyone says he spent it all.
Hes went into businesses like his strip clubs, who knows, they could be losing money too.
If he LISTENS to haymond, then he should be fine. Who knows though. We know he only posts winning gambling tickets.
How much money anyone has is all speculation, none of that is public information. All those networth sites ect just make **** up. The time its accurate is when most of their money is tied to stock shares because that must be reported. And that still doesnt show their liabilities.
Theres no way to know what Floyd's expenses are or how much hes ran through of his earnings already. I wouldnt be surprised if he goes broke though

Dude just bought new house. Even if he ends up without money, he’s got assets for that could cover the pension of whole cumunity.

Mayweather potentially one day going broke, and his decisions to return to the ring in the meantime, are mutually exclusive.
He can earn literally hundreds of millions of dollars with very little commitment or training - what person in their right mind would turn away from that? I can't stand the guy, but anyone who thinks it's a bad decision to capitalize on the brand he has created for himself, is thicker than two planks of wood nailed together.
Don't be one of the stupid people.
Mayweather and Pacquiao will both go broke. Period.
lol. pac will in no way going to be broke. pac is a billionaire in the Philippines and a senator who have so many buildings and investments while floyd on the other hand is always on a strip club giving millions of dollars to a whore and spending millions of dollars on a ****ing watch. lmao.
As great as some boxers are at making money some of them are even greater at spending it. If a boxer just wants to live a very comfortable life the rest of their days they don't need this incredible fortune to do so. They just can't go crazy and spend money like a damn fool on stuff they don't need. One very nice house and a few nice cars should be enough for a normal human. Bradley and Ward are good examples. The both have easy fun jobs as commentators and will probably always be rich. There are lots of retired champs that stay rich like Foreman, Holmes and Hagler. They just don't buy airplanes, million dollar cars and 8 million dollar watches because they don't want or need them.
Would anyone leave 100 mil on the table? Even if you're a billionaire you'd still take another 100 mil if you can. You don't leave money on the table.
Pretty much this...especially when it's for these no risk type fights. If it was to face Canelo or any top fighter...you better believe he's leaving that on the table.
