No he won't fight in 2018 and I think he is the third best welterweight with Spence being the best and Crawford the 2nd best. Beating Garcia and Porter by a couple of points doesn't make him the best welterweight. Brook came to America and beat Porter. Spence went to England and knocked out Brook. MAN DOWN! Spence's victory was só emphatic, he should be considered the best at 147. Thurman is overrated, no way he belongs in the rankings, let alone hold a belt. He hás not fought in 19 months.
