Like I said, YOU can break down the rounds too just like other fans do. You even told me to look at other threads regarding Moretti so you’re insinuating you don’t trust his scoring, as long as he scores the win for GGG you’re fine doe... lol. Why u don’t like Moretti scoring for Canelo in the rematch shows you just don’t fancy Mexican Bidnessss! It’s not about GGG
I'm not I insinuating anything I'm flat out saying it. He needs to retire because his judging appears to be erratic from the instances I came across with just a casual search. Whether it's a fighter I like it don't like is irrelevant. Do I like Golovkin. Yeah but it started when I joined the forum looking for information on Pacquiao and Mayweather regarding their upcoming fight. I didn't take long to realize that there was a lot if negativity directed at both of them and Golovkin. Racial slurs against all three. Distortion of events to suit people's biases it's a long list.
Not it can’t. Canelo and GGG are P4P. You don’t score such fights like just any other fight, and judges know this. You need to be realistic. Canelo and GGG’a abilities can’t be mirrored by just any other boxer, the judges know this. And lastly, judges go into the fight knowing narratives from both.
Of course you score every event the same way. That's the point of having experienced judges. We all know what experienced judging means in Vegas. LOL... The narrative is the guy that brings in the money gets a couple of free rounds in the bank.
The first fight felt right! GGG lowered his standards and the scoring made up for that. Matches have been analogous to sparring matches, and in fact, it’s actually supposed to be literal! There are different types of fans. Some fans are content that GGG fought safe, sacrificing his efficiency and just relying for whatever lands and not caring for his compubox. Whereas Canelo, still fought with a variety of ALL punches done in the gym and in real fights. That’s objective!
If you want GGG to win based on Olympic scoring you can do that. If you thought both could’ve done more it’s a Draw! Not complicated.
GGG fans were just suckered by HBO and Sky commentaries. Later it’s revealed by guys like RJJ were disgusted that GGG didn’t fight Mexican style. He literally said to make a point of the parading and low expectations from the fight. RJJ picked GGG to win but he said the Draw was fine for everything I said.
As I said, put everything aside, look the fight with 2 fighters - Fighter A and Fighter B.
Fighter A clearly won the fight. Simple as... if you need to take perceptions, expectations, promises, fans... any fight can be scored any way.
And that’s when YOU as a fan have the luxury to break down the rounds and detail what each fighter did
Right so you agree with me. Glad to clear that up for you.
exactly that’s why there’s three judges for margin of error, and the fact that “swing rounds” is an actual term in boxing. And again, “bad scoring” or robberies are when all judges score the fight contrary...
I think there is a bit of confusion between us. I will be a bit clearer. Bad scoring is when a judge scores a fight contrary to what transpired in the ring either in conjunction with the other judges or apart from them.
Bad scoring is wide scoring on TWO cards or all cards.
Or you want to say that GGG performed like Paul Williams when he beat Lara? Maybe this card better suits your GGG vs Canelo narrative
Williams threw over 1,000 punches over the 12 rounds, but only had a contact percentage of 19 percent, whereas Lara's percentage was over 40.
Bad scoring is when a judge scores the fight contrary to what transpired in the ring be it one, two or three judges.
GGG won the first fight and didn’t get the credit
Simple , non toxic and self efficient
But , imo , Canelo won the second fight very decisively
And honestly speaking , there really is no fughin need for a third instalment especially the way GGG is ageing
This thought coming from watching his last few fights
I’d like to see anyone wager BIG money on GGG in the trilogy , unless they know something or have something in the bag
You’re right! Moretti was off a couple rounds in the 2nd fight too. Canelo murked GGG in the rematch. Most boxing fans talk about that fight the most too cause Canelo was a badass
Go check this thread he's been mentioned numerous times.

- -Vegas plays U rubes for candy.
Prob with GGG is , no, he does not deserve even rds any more than Canelo, so in rds actually won, that was Canelo.
No matter, sadly I say as a fan, GGG blew the rematch when he lobbied for Canelo suspension over nanogram ghost traces of Clen judged by VADA to be typical food contamination found global even in wildlife.
First dumb move by he and Loeffler paying dividends to Canelo. Now his mojo gone and life ain't so breezy now.
Get out of town. Do you actually believe that Canelo would not have got suspended when he failed his drug test unless Sanchez complained. He was toast as soon as the test results came back.
you need to be realistic... judges don’t take things personal, but they’re not stupid nor robots. When your old ass is like Moretti you’ve seen it all. 115-113 is close and still gave it to GGG. Do you want to argue that Moretti could’ve had a swing round for Canelo making it 114-114?
Old ass Moretti should retire. Even in the first fight he was off by a couple of rounds. There is a thread on the forum about judges getting fights wrong and I believe his name came up the most.
Since I have an issue with the judges all of them got it wrong. I had it by two rounds for Golobkin. Moretti already had his swing round.
