TYSON FURY has dubbed Anthony Joshua a "pumped-up weightlifter" in a brutal assessment of the British fighter's career. Tyson Fury has been in the US this week conducting press interviews for his fight against Deontay Wilder but it has not stopped him from hitting out at Anthony Joshua. Click Here To Read More]
YOU said name one HW that’s has had a better run than Joshua in 22 fights. I named ONE, mission accomplished. At least you have better sense than juggerdummy who compared Joshua to Ali. He is f@cking high & drunk. At least wait until Joshua’s career is over before you compare him to Ali, The Greatest.
You could only name one Heavyweight in history that has a better resume than Joshua after 22 fights. I think that proves my point that Joshua is doing great at this point in his career.
Povetkin and Parker are the only two non Wlad names that are respectable.
Chisora probably stops AJ, whom Fury walked through.
you don't actally believe that.
Wlad and who else? Compare his resume to Joshua’s please

There’s no point man. He just said that Liston was out of his prime when Ali fought him. Liston has just come off back to back 2 minute KO victories off of the heavyweight champion of the world.
“Past his prime”
I also love how he said Ali was saved by the bell, like rounds haven’t been 3 minutes long for 100 years
Sonny was 35-1 with 25 TKO/KO’s when he fought Ali, and only 34 years old. And your right, he was coming off (2) first round stoppages of Floyd Patterson. And what people don’t realize, after those (2) losses to Ali, Sonny went on to win 14 straight, with 13 of those by TKO/KO’s.
Some people on here, when they support someone strongly, they have no objectively. That all started because I laid out Joshua’s most notable wins in detail. I never said his resume wasn’t better than Fury or Wilder. I wasn’t focused on that. I just said Joshua’s resume isn’t that great when you really look at it-LOL!
Neither guy can't seem to get AJ out of their mouth! Pathetic!
I strongly disagree. He’s a beltholder and the logical next fight after each other. They’re being asked about him and he avoided both of them and lied about it. They get to set the record straight and and put some hype on that fight and pressure on Joshua to take it. It gives any new fans something to look forward to after this fight.
That in addition to McCracken saying something along the lines of "Thats what happens when you don't follow instructions",
but probably in a loud fashion full of expletives. I think AJ did admit that he got brought back down to earth with a massive bollocking the day after the Wlad fight.
Yea you can see changes in his style ,Wlad cought him good ,and its good that McCracken bolloxed him ,but being conservative could cost him alot vs Povetkin ,thank god AJ have good chin.
I wonder if that almighty crack he took from Wlad has made him more tentative. Whyte shook him up a bit but going down hard against Wlad must have made him realise that having wars every fight ain't the best long term strategy. Smart thinking from AJ if that is the case.

So did Joshua win that gold medal fight in the Olympics though or was it actually controversial? I didn't watch that fight
It was controversial to say the least, he should have been out of the competition after his first fight, Savon won quite clearly and his fights with Kazakh and Italian were very close (I thought he also lost at least one of those fights) and i'm a Joshua fan.
Wladimir was inactive for 1 year and 5 months. Do you think he was still ranked?
Just about every fighter in the HW division is ranked by the WBC, WBO, IBF, WBA, & IBO. Takam wasn’t ranked as a top #10 HW when Joshua fought him.
Your dumb ass didn’t just compare Joshua to Ali did you? I’m going to intentionally ignore your posts forever now.

But once he did engage it was all over pretty quickly. He's definitely more conservative since Klitscko though, amd overly so against Takam and Parker. However he was far too gung ho until he learned that he could get dropped and was a KO loss waiting to happen. Hopefully he's now found the balance between risk and caution, with the Povetkin fight being the start of it.

For whatever reason, some people do not like AJ, ok their choice. However, I find it astonishing that people label him a coward or that he is ducking anyone. He fought Klitschko in his 19th fight, how can people disregard that?
So just the one Heavyweight then? Thanks for proving my point.

Klitchko wasnt ranked ? lol
Takam WAS ranked in fact he was ranked 8th in the WBC when Joshua fought him .
Ali fought an out of prime liston with shoulder problems not the superior athlete Joshua fought who was also 6'6 240 pounds looking like a wrecking machine in training camp.
In FACT Ali was saved by the bell in his 19th fight to 185 pound cooper while Joshua took on klitchko in his. :burnout:
i'll answer the question for you,no one has had a run in 22 fights like Joshua at Hw thus far and collected 4 belts in the process, would have been unified if a certain someone signed a contract that they agreed to as well...lol

That’s too easy, being that Joshua only fought (2) top ten ranked fighters the years he fought them. Parker & Povetkin.
Wladimir wasn’t ranked when Joshua fought him. Ditto Takam wasn’t in the top ten. Neither was Whyte or Breazeale when he fought them. Molina wasn’t ranked either.
So based on those FACTS Joshua actually beat (2) ranked fighters in his 1st 22 fights, here is my list.
Muhammad Ali won the title against Sonny Liston, beat him in a rematch, beat Floyd Patterson in his 22nd fight. Earlier he beat Henry Cooper in his 19th fight and Archie Moore in his 16th fight.
So just the one Heavyweight then? Thanks for proving my point.
Hey Knee Jerk reaction, your so predictable-LOL!!!!
Great comeback. No really, that was one of the best I've ever seen.
You've had a lot of practice haven't you? I can tell.
What other Heavyweight in history had a better resume after only 22 fights?
I'll wait.
