Scenario if GGG Came Up During the 1980s

Imagine if GGG came up during the 80's. Loeffler: Hey, Gennady I got you a deal to fight Marvin Hagler! GGG: No, I only want to fight Sugar Ray Leonard. Loeffler: Ok, hey Gennady how about this. Tommy Hearns wants to fight you and he will give in to all our demands! GGG: No, I only want to fight Leonard! Loeffler: Ok, here is a good fight, Mike McCallum said he would fight you and he will fight for peanuts and you can get the lions share. GGG: No, only Leonard! Loeffler: Ok, Gennady, you now what. Duran said he can knock you out and he is ready to make a deal. GGG: No, how many times do I have to say it you American Imperialist, only Leonard! Loeffler: Ok, I see your plan here. You just want to secure a higher profile with a Leonard bout, pretty smart. Then, after Leonard you will fight Hagler, Hearns, Duran, and maybe McCallum for more money. GGG: I did not say that you Yankee capitalist pig! After he fights me I will demand rematch after rematch until I get outcome I want. Then, I declare myself greatest middleweight of all time and retire!

Gennady made a career out of fighting cab driving part-time MW fighters and smaller fighters like WW Kell Brook, JMW Rosado, JMW Ishida, and JMW Canelo. Of course you are simple and "dont understand" Then surely you understand how many people chose to move up in weight to face Hagler. Everyone I mentioned other than McCallum who fought a majority of his career OVER 160. But you’re not losing your mind over the fact Hagler never went down in weight, never gave a Catchweight and fought Duran who was a bloody lightweight. And Canelo was holding the middleweight championship. A middleweight going after him isn’t “picking on a super welterweight”

Then you would go to the guy who told you the joke and explain to him the faulty logic of his joke based on the hours of research you did which you came to the conclusion that pigs cannot fly due to the many reasons you will explain to him after you read to him out loud your 50 page research paper entitled Pigs Cannot Fly.
