Are you not the same poster who posted last summer that you were on some island somewhere in the direct path of the hurricane?
Yes, I was in the Dominican Republic at that time.
It must be me! I ran away from NYC to get out of the winter storms and got to NC las winter.... guess what happened??? Winter storms after many years.
My weather luck is ****ty.
I highly doubt you're gonna get to see the fight unfortunately. Irma hit us last year literally around this time in South FL the week before the 1st fight. I got power back 4 days later but had no Internet for 2 weeks. I had to go watch at a friend's house. I'm not sure where else you can go but everything from Electricity to Cable / Internet is all a crap shoot and dependent on how bad your area gets hit. Some places by me didn't have electricity for 3 weeks. I'd suggest making sure you're safe overall. It's gonna be raining like hell for the next 2-3 days around there.
You should be more concerned about staying safe than worrying about watching the fight boxing brother. You can always catch it next weekend. Be careful out there.
Thank you!!!
Already took all precautions available to me and my family.
Take good care and enjoy the fight!
No body ever, ? ........If Eco 1 is a down asss boxing FAN. This Kat wants to watch The fight during damn Hurricane. Bravo to you for showing love for the sweet science. Try to stay safe out there in Carolina. Tell the trolls to fuc off is they ever ? you about boxing. Credit earned. :hail::beerchug:
ps: if you have a generator that might work.
Nah man, get out of there trust me, it's worth it. And to answer your question, you probably won't get to see the fight. The storm is slowing down and expected to make landfall Saturday AM instead of Friday as previously thought.
Anyone ever got thru a Hurricane before?
First time for me in a Sheet rock wannabe house.
Maybe I will have some electricity to watch the fight.
