SAUL "Canelo" Alvarez has what it takes to beat Gennady Golovkin in their long-awaited rematch, according to former world super-middleweight champion Andre Ward. Canelo's fight with GGG in September 2017 is widely regarded as one of the most competitive bouts of the last decade. Click Here To Read More]
It's only natural for Ward to go for Canelo as the two are basically brothers, they both lit up their boys like a Christmas tree and both had rematches with their Christmas trees I mean boy.
who did you bet on ?
if you say draw, I would need to see your stub ;)
they were wrong, put it that way
I didn't bet altough i considered going with Golovkin.
Odds makers never really lose money because your winnings are effectively taxed when you get them, because you're getting underpayed in relation to the whatever risk you're taking. Only the mathematical fluctuation of numbers can have them at a rare occassional loss during a certain timeframe but in the long run the numbers even out in accordance with their math and to the profit of the casino.

" The pro odds makers and the betting people " ALL lost their money in the first fight..... and like I (and Ward) said, the better fighter will make the better adjustments
I'm good

You sounding like a Twinky….This is the fight game dude, "if you can't take the heat keep your a*s out the kitchen."
:yeah:
thats exactly what golota said to bowe "hey this is the fight game wait why am i dq'd? ITS THE FIGHT GAME!!!"
headbutts, excessive clinching, low blows, elbows.

:yeah:
if canelo does rise to the occasion it would be great if he could do it cleanly and without controversy, without needing corrupt officials or incompetent refs to help them get over the line (unlike u mr. ward)
Nelo won the 1st fight clearly & will win again & S.O.G. also won clearly :439:
Best example i can think of that goes against this theory is Chocolatito - Rungvisai, chocolatito the more complete fighter IMO but Rungvisai flattened him in the rematch!
Best example i can think of which supports the Theory is Duran-Leonard!
Chocolatito lost that 1st fight....then got dropped the 2nd fight.
Nelo beat lil g the 1st fight but I don't think he would Knock lil g out BUT Nelo will win again.
Honestly Canelo cant do no better than what he already did if thats the case... he would of took over the fight, he gasses out early... as you saw in the first fight, I got triple G winning.
Honestly Nelo doesn't have to do anything different cuz he won the 1st fight & lil g is basic....LMMFAO....Nelo wins again UD.
Yawn. He also picked Canelo to beat him in the first fight. Just like Floyd said Canelo beats Golovkin easy and knocks him out.
Newsflash - when boxers had some sort of beef with whoever they're talking about, they very rarely talk with their brains.
Newsflash - T.B.E. & S.O.G. were BOTH correct on who would win cuz Nelo did win the 1st fight. You aint talking with your brain. Nelo wins again, UD.
And I wonder when are you going to be with the winning team....LOL
:yeah:
I've been with the winning team plenty of times over the past couple of years.
Eg .. Golovkin over Jacobs, "He ain't" Whyte over "He ain't Browne, "AJ and "He ain't" Whyte over Parker, AJ over Wlad, Floyd over McGreggor, BJS over Lemieux and Monroe, Bellew over Haye - twice, Gassiev over Dorticos, Usyk over Gassiev and Breidis ..
Plenty of times!
I wonder if Ward said that before or after he was told that Tony Weeks wasn't going to be allowed to referee the fight?
And I wonder when are you going to be with the winning team....LOL
:yeah:
Ward sees a kindred spirit in canelo surely. You know... in the way that both their promoters had the officials and reff paid off in all their big fights.
Face it dude, Winners stick together & losers are abundant....LMMFAO!
Wow you make it sound super easy. If GGG is that easy to beat how come he didn’t get close to beating him in the first fight?
A tide fight, is not close to beating him? Canelo easily took rounds 1,2,3 and 10,11, and specially 12.
GGG won in my opinion 4,5,6,7, and 8 in Cheer ineffective pressure more of what Canelo stop doing. Round 9 very close but I gave it GGG again only for the pressure he put on Canelo, but watching and re-watching the fight he was missing most of what he was throwing up to that point. :boxing:
Well put! I just wonder how anyone can honestly say they think Clenelo won the first fight. GGG outlanded him in 10 of 12 rounds and was the aggressor for all 12 rounds. What else does it take to get a decision. And the scorecard of Don Trella who had it a draw. He gave Clenelo round 7 a round he clearly won and Adailade Byrd even got that one right.
Out landed him on jabs, nothing more, the punches that really counted are the power punches, and guess what? Canelo Out landed GGG in that department, plus what's the point of aggression when is not effective aggression? let me remind you GGG miss over 500 punches out of 800+. the ones that Canelo connected were clean, clear and flashy....compared to GGG hitting air and Canelo's gloves.
Judges look at all that, not just stupid aggression, hell even Margarito one of the slowest fighters ever applied way more effective aggression than the decorated silver Olympic medalist in GGG...so GTFOH
