Why couldn't Fury be ready???? Ali was ready for Frazier in 5 months and two fights after being out of action for three and one half years. Fury will have had well over twice as long to get ready and in shape for Wilder by the time they fight. He was only 12 pounds heavier last Saturday than he was for Wlad. He has over 3 months to take off 12 pounds or more so that should be easy. Totally different. Ali was probably training like an athlete in time away. Not even sure fury hit focus pad in anger in time off and bloated to 26 stones or whatever weight. Ali knew he was coming back not sure for fury. Fury was acting like he retired

How long do u think it takes to get in shape?? it really only takes 3-6 months thats it. Fury has been boxing his entire life, he has had two tune up fights. I think by nov/dec he will be right back in form or maybe a tiny bit less then the version that beat wlad. So wilders last two fights were against the BEST 2 hws in the division right now in ortiz and fury. Bing bang boom. Perfect synopsis. I hope it's an instant classic and we get a rematch where they both make more money. Whatever happens doe both men win.. If it's exciting and competitive, the rematch becomes THE BIGGEST FIGHT IN THE SPORT...especially if Joshua vs Povetkin is as predictable as it should be.

Eh maybe. But it's genius cause if he loses; especially if it's somewhat close, he can say "i wasn't quite ready... Gimme another year or two and Ill be ready. Then he can fight Wilder Joshua winner in 2020 and make another likely 8 figures. Really is a genius move by him.. And that's the part most of these fools don't get. It's basically a win-win for both men no matter what happens. They both make a crapload of money. If Wilder loses, he is one right hand away vs a credible opponent from being back. If Fury loses, it was too soon and he is one masterful performance vs a credible opponent from being back. if fury just wanted a paycheck wouldnt he fight a couple more bums and hold out for a joshua paycheck? which would be larger than the one he will get? the reality is tyson fury has balls...he saw what AJ did and is embarrassed for his country....he sees the potential for some exciting fights at HW and wants to make one where a 3rd party wants to protect his 0 and paychecks......thats just the reality of it
