These are his top 5 wins man, You can only fight who is placed in front of you right?? So why do you go out of your way to slam Crawford??? How is GGG's resume any better and add to the fact he is older then Crawford!!!!
Yeah I think it is right now. BUT at 36 GGG and near the end of a good career it is suppose to be! Crawford is somewhat just getting started and is just entering his PRIME as a fighter and just entering a Division that is Load at the top with a lot of competition in which if he beats them all that cements a very good Legacy for him
Also 160 wasn't a very good Division during GGG PRIME unfortunately for him
Lets compare his resume to Crawfords and you explain why it is better please..Crawford is 6-0 against current and former champs while GGG is 5-0-1 so why is his better??
lmao gary. I didn't even quote you. Why did me saying "all the other brotha's you suck up" automatically connect me talking to you?
But if you feel Crawford has a better resume then you say why. Folks already say why GGG has a better one, where's yours
but yea, lmao at you thinking I'm talking about you just cuz I said "sucking up the brothas"
Neither resumes are very good to be honest
But the difference between Gennady and Bud is that’s gennady wasn’t given any opportunities when he started and had to claw his way to the top while being avoided by the notable names
Buds been a Top Rank darling for years and is able to get him big names / fights if they chose. Top Rank can cherry pick a Indongo for all the straps or have the clout for Bud to fight Burns or Gamboa and those aren’t the same opportunities Gennady has even with K2
They are fairly even probably Crawford's overall but GGG did beat Canelo so that brings it a little closer. Bud had it easier getting unified at 140 than GGG at 160 but nonetheless that's an accomplishment (undisputed) he has that GGG doesn't have and he also cleaned house at 135. I'm not a huge fan of division hopping so the title won against Horn doesn't really register fully but I feel his accomplishment of cleaning two divisions trumps GGG's long run (20 defenses, 17 KO's streak). He's also a more skilled and talented fighter overall IMO and that's primarily why I have him 2-3 spots higher p4p.
I think if both retired today perhaps GGG is remembered more (KO's, fought on bigger stages) but I think the hardcore would say Bud had the better career.
Strangely, no. I think it SHOULD because I think he beat Canelo but when it comes down to it, Danny Jacobs is the only name of value and he's really nothing special. I'd have to give it to Crawford.
Bud's isn't exactly filled with world-beaters.
1)Gamboa
2)Postol
3)Indongo
4)Horn
5)Diaz?
I think GGG and Bud have risen based more on accomplishments than great opponents. You rise either two ways-beating great fighters or having long runs and making good fighters look like crap which both have done very well. But I don't think either has a clearcut case over the other.
I agree........
Ok. We're playing Make Believe . Jacobs out pointed GGG then right ?
Show me the 7 rounds he won cause you can’t fight was real close but the knockdown edged it 114-113
Add to the fact that GGG pretty much was begging and waiting for Canelo to move up to fight him. GGG has never gone out of his comfort zone to make a fight. If he was such a small MW he could have easily dropped to 154 to take on the likes of Lara, Trout, Charlos, Cotto and so on instead of fighting weak MWs. He could have easily moved up to take on a fight at 168 and moved back down. GGG fans want fighters to come to him but don't urge him to do the same.
Yeah, jumping weights is always a good decision, especially the one from 160-168.
Canelo is not a win, lets just post REAL wins...Why do we have to make up wins for GGG?

How good GGG's resume is depends a hell of a lot on if you are neutral, a GGG fan or a GGG hater and there are a lot of extreme GGG haters on here. They wouldn't give him an ounce of credit if he KOed Canelo, Jermall and Saunders in the next year. He would still be a cherry picking bum beater who has done nothing of worth to them. You say Crawford is younger. Is that supposed to give him extra points for turning pro earlier than GGG? GGG is the longest reigning champion in boxing today. He defends his titles far more often than any other champions. He has defeated numerous boxers who were top 10 contenders when he fought them including Murray and Monroe. He won most of his fights by KO and has more KO wins than Crawford has fights. Crawford has an excellent resume and is a great champion. GGG is also a great champion and to me he has a better resume than Crawford by beating far more rated contenders. To me GGG beat Canelo and Jacobs and I consider them better than anybody Crawford has ever fought.

Ok lets take away canelo. Jacobs and Lemieux are still better than midget gamboa and part time boxer and school teacher jeff horn LMAO
Lol, Golovkin's resume is nowhere near Crawford's resume. Golovkin's resume closer to Wilder's resume, except that he has yet to beat a Luis Ortiz-level opponent.Young prime champions like Jacobs and Canelo are vastly superior opponents to 38 year old fat Ortiz who has never been a champion and probably never will be a champion. Lol all you want but you are still a GGG hater who deliberately low rates GGG's opponents and elevates Ortiz to a level he never was or will be.
A draw (actually won) with canelo is better than any of crawfords wins. Danny jacobs is also another solid win hes a BIG STRONG middleweight a REAL middleweight not some undersized midget like gamboa that crawford took advantage of. Lemieux is a decent win too.
So yeah. Canelo-Jacobs-Lemieux >>> Midget gamboa, Jeffrey horn (LOL), and ????

What are GGG's best wins? He fights on HBO as well right?

Crawfords resume is TRASH. His best win is vs an undersized shot gamboa. LOL. Hes fought nobodies and HBO hypes this guy.

yes, GGG has a better resume than Crawford.
