Chino hit the lottery twice and never looked back.

It's surprising honestly cause Argentina is pretty much one of the best countries you can live in South America, it's not some super dangerous warzone like Colombia.
Not saying everyone should be the same and live the same, I just can't understand that lifestyle, no matter how much money I have.
Same. Like is that it, is it? Is that what we have to aspire to? Instead of getting clothes in one store, we can go to this other store that charges more? I don't get it. People have no imagination. Most rich people live the same as everyone else. They just have things that are bigger and/or more expensive.
Chino got mega big bucks to wear pillow gloves in both those fights.
Yeah. It was an additional 1m to wear it. What a drama
Still not enough doe. 5m was guarranteed for bradley in the first fight. And only rose as the series continued.
It’s not your life to understand. Let him enjoy his. And you do the same.
I don’t understand why people like country music but I let them be.
Coming at me with that “let em be” BS, in a forum that is basically to talk about other fighters and what they’re doing, is kinda stupid, you don’t think?
Kinda stupid is putting it lightly.
The entire forum is full of opinions of other fighters. So you have your work cut out for you if you’re here to police opinions.
Maidana brought that on himself for his MMA moves in the first fight. of course the ref will scrutinise him more. that's called consequences. Robert Garcia was even heard in the corner instructing Maidana to hit Floyd with low blows. the strategy was obviously "by any means necessary" and Weeks allowed it. my point is that the same people who trash on Bayless don't put half of that energy on Tony Weeks because in that scenario they toss their phony integrity out the window to see Floyd lose or hurt. I can post the article after the first fight you'll see almost nobody talked about a referee.
Sorry but I’m not one of them.
How the hell should a previous fight be use to determine the second one instead of actually doing what’s right.
Two wrongs dont make it right.
It’s like saying let’s deduct some points to This certain fighter since he just got a gift decision in his last fight lool.
Energy of floyd haters is a stupid argument to begin with,
The first fight for me was one of floyd’s best offensive showcases in years since he needed to pick up the pace, as maidana did more than what was expected in the early going.
Second fight was a dull fight. It’s one thing to not allow dirty tricks it’s another to not let the other guy do anything at all in close quarters.
Its not about pac-floyd. Its about the maidana-floyd II fight. Do you think that was officiated well? That the fighter who’s strategy is to go inside won't be allowed to close the gap? Imagine hagler not getting reset everytime he closes the gap with hearns?
And I don’t hate Floyd at all. I had him winning the first fight 8 rounds to 4. Or you could even give him 9.
I do believe Floyd is still going to win/adjust regardless how the second fight was officiated. But I want to see a fair fight. Let them fight on the inside and give them time to work off the clinch. Coz that’s how its supposed to be right?? Or not??
And if you don’t read well I mentioned as well that Maidana should’ve been warned/deducted with the dirty moves in the first fight.
The first fight is so much better than the second though, because the latter was a clinch fest. And bayless never allowed maidana over 2 seconds to do anything everytime he gets near floyd.

Fun fact: Kenny Bayless has reffed just as many Pacquiao fights as Floyd fights.. maybe more.
but Bayless is protrayed as "pro Floyd" lol.
and the ppl who critique him for the Maidana rematch say nothing of Tony Weeks who allowed Maidana to do MMA moves on Floyd. its obvious you dont care about no rules or integrity. you just hate one fighter and could care less if his opponent throws elbows, knees and tackles him.

Well said...I like country music...just saying :-)
chino living in luxury well deserved not just for the performance vs floyd in the 1st fight but for the funniest night in boxing history when he beat the dog***** out of broner
He made less compared to bradley in 2 fights with manny. #justsayin
But he gave Floyd a run for it doe lol.
Second fight was a clinch fest and terrible job by Bayless.
First fight was great. Floyd won 8-4 but it was one of the few fights floyd really open up offensively late in his career.
Maidana allegedly got the TV rights to Argentina for both fights (so no one really knows what his full pay was, after for sure getting $3m and an alleged $1m to fight in the gloves that Floyd picked for him), an he's living in Argentina (depending on how/where he kept his money, dollar to peso today is 27.5:$1 and you can rent a 2 bed/1 bath in a fancy part of the big city for $10000 a year).
Taxes and paying the camp is what it is, but even if he cleared $2m, that'd be enough to rent a 4 bedroom villa in the big part of town for the next 100 years, and still have money left over.
Bradley can do with his money how he wishes

Maidana did everything he could to win that 1st fight and got rewarded for not just going in and taking a payday. He deserves to reap the benefits of revenues he more than earned.

he passed the audition. who got the floyd-pac job? let him break the rules and bend over below the waist any time he wanted. its unfortunate he didn't review the rules before that fight. guess he was just too busy. SO MANY RULES! he only did it like 40 times lets not nitpick here!
His job favors certain styles. If you’re an outside fighter you’re gonna be okay with bayless. Thus making him do a great job with pac-floyd. But During the maidana II fight he didn’t even give them time to work out off the clinch or give maidana the chance to work at all. Now Floyd may have still won any version of it but at least let’s be fair. Anytime maidana closes the gap he jumps right in. We didn’t have any problems at any of that in the 90s.
Some refs do that nowadays too, but that night it was too much. Floyd deserved a warning as well.
Floyd-Maidana I was the better fight but yup maidana should have been called for his dirty moves.
