Robert Easter is going to beat the snot out of Mikey Garcia

TS got the snot beaten out of him.

I put a little money on easter just cuz the odds but didn't think he'd actually beat Mikey. He put on a great fight. Appreciated how humble Robert was in defeat.

Robert Easter was boxing beautifully in there in gainst Mikey Garcia in the first half of their fight. He had Mikey eating a lot of jabs. That's the most I've ever seen Mikey Garcia get hit. However, by the second half of the fight, I believe that Robert Easter got tired because he never fought like that before; Moving his feet, circling the ring and pumping that jab while fighting off the back foot for twelve rounds and couldn't keep up that pace. He stopped throwing punches and once that started, Garcia began to get closer and teed off on him; Especially when his back was along the ropes. However, Mikey didn't beat him up. He more than held his own. Overall, I thought Easter fought a very smart fight and displayed a ton of championship heart. I predicted that he would get stopped. However, he was just outpointed that's all.

Dunno why people are criticising this dude Nearly all the posters have no clue about boxing 90% of posts are a poster calling a fighter a fraud or ducker or "dumb for not taking offer" and when an attempt is made to actually talk about boxing its way off

Why would you even make these types of threads? I and many others have never doubted the outcome of this fight. Not because of Mikey Garcia, but because of Easter who's been getting beat like a pulp with much lesser opposition. We haven't seen that in Garcia's recent opponents.

some of you guys act like Mikey is some sort of killer LOL. The dude doesn't throw a lot of punches to begin with and his stamina sucks so for you to think he's going ot take Easter outta there like hes Spence JR in the late rounds are fooling yourself. Mikey is flat footed, zero head movement, and a low punch output. He isn't a fighter that will outwork you or make you work. At the end of the Broner fight he was tired after throwing like 10 punches a round LOL! **** stamina! This bodes well for Easter because Mikey is going to be on the outside all fight and he can use his physical advantages. Now keep in mind Fortuna has an EXTREMELY awkward style. Mikey has a basic style. So for Mikey to close the distance he has to do something he's never done before. So for Mikey to win this fight I believe he's going to have to do something I've never seen him do and that's take extreme risk and take shots to land them. I can totally see Easter picking shots on him in the first half of the fight and Mikey getting tired/frustrated runs into something in the second half of the fight.
