ANTHONY JOSHUA and Deontay Wilder are not facing each other next and the big losers are the fans. A heavyweight unification fight between two unbeaten champions is a clash everyone can get excited about. Now is the time for it to happen and not risk waiting. As I said months ago, Joshua will face his WBA mandatory Alexander Povetkin next instead of Wilder. Click Here To Read More]
Winner gets to fight Fury
Lol at the comments regarding Warren being unbiased
Imagine if he was AJs promoter, it would be a different article then.
I just hope they fight next in April, still plenty of time for them to have a couple of fights or even a trilogy.
Yeah Warren is very objective when it comes to matchroom fighters lol
... but what people would expect from Warren?...
... he has to put his Pikey as the cherry on top of it... :)
I keep telling you people that the Brits learned from the Frank Bruno thing.
As soon as he crossed the pond he got smoked, and wasn't worth much after that. Hell he even got smoked at home. A big chiseled athletic heavyweight (like AJ) that just didn't stack up to Tyson, and Witherspoon, (and even Lewis at home).
It's all snake oil and Eddie has them buying it.
Audley Harrison is another UK hype job that got exposed. Aj will follow in there for foot steps very soon
Warren is no fool. He sees the situation as clearly as Parker, Lennox and an X-Ray tech... The AJ android has components that are rattling to no end, it can only re-boot in FEAR when it comes to Wilder.......Eddie has recently re-programmed it in "mute" mode while Eddie does all the talking hustling & conniving against Team-Wilders legitimacy.....Barry has long ago convinced Eddie to install the "wait" app, and download "avoid like the plague" any skinny 215lb twig that it may encounter. The local delusional fan-girls come with their own software - they're steady programmed in "drunk" and "defend at all times no matter what!" All due to this things popularity, money, muscles, deodorant & smile.....
Stop lying, your just trying to use Eddie tactics.
No I've been a fan of his publicly since before AJ was even a pro, so please stop it.
Were you a Wilder fan 6 months ago? Doubt it.
Oh, so you mean Carlos Takam is better than Tyson, Lewis, Witherspoon.
Stop making a fool of yourself online, you know about background checks, this might come back to haunt you.
They might realize how much an idiot you are by being wrapped up in Eddie's vapors.
:nutkick:
No I didn't say that, did I?
I'm interested in hearing how I made a fool of myself when you lied and claimed you've followed boxing since 1971, and here you are revealing yourself as a child.
What's so sad is you have one of my favorites as your avatar and all you are is a Wilder troll.
I like Wilder. That doesn't make his resume any better than it is?
I'm a fan of Kell Brook too, it doesn't mean his record is better than it is.
There you go, I wasn't going to argue the location as much as the duck, but you stepped in the poo when your troll tendencies came out.
Now I just SMH .......... pathetic.
But you know that Wilder literally fought mexican citizens who's day job were road sweeping. You know that right?
And also school teachers.
I'm not even making it up. haha. That's why it's so sad.
.... and so did I. In fact I've been glued to the game since Ali v Frazier I, I've seen a lot more than you.
AJ isn't THAT much better.
Yes I'm sure that's true.
AJ isn't that much better? I don't know which planet you're living on, but it certainly isn't this one.
AJ has already accomplished much more and beaten way better people than Bruno ever did, incl beating guys that are way better than Bruno got KOd by.
Those are irrefutable facts.
Lol at the yanks lapping this up as an unbiased opinion.
Let me fill you in, Frank Warren absolutely despises Hearn and they are big rivals, I think you have to take this with a pinch of salt.It doesn't matter why he said it or even that it was him that said it. All that matters is that Joshua don't lose all his belts on September 22. :fingersx:
I see a lot of similarities.
As someone who lived through the Bruno era, I can tell you that AJ is a better fighter on every level, but especially mentally. And the mental makes the fighter.
That is very true, there's no question there, but the parallel is the same. Witherspoon took him out before he ever even crossed the pond, you can use him as the example. ...... and don't try to tell people Witherspoon was some kind of boxing legend.
They only learned to milk it better this time around.
It's not the same. in 9/10 instances of big fights, they go to the main draw's home.
There's no difference this time around. It's not happening in the U.S because AJ is the boss, that's just the way it is.
Had Wilder not fiddled around for the first 35 fights of his career against mexican road sweepers and school teachers (no seriously). then it might have been different.
