Andre Ward said he would go down to 160 to fight Floyd. Apparently Ward can only do that for Floyd.Weird he couldn't even go to 164 for GGG. Why in the hell would GGG defend his 160 pound middleweight world title against Canelo at a catchweight of 155 when he did not have to??? That would be really stupid. GGG was willing to get down to 154 for Floyd because of the huge money he would make and the prestige he would get if he won. Ward was willing to drop to 160 to fight Floyd for the same reasons. That should be obvious even to a GGG hater like you.
how many times does it need to be explained to you and the rest of the gggroupies
Floyd said "everyone has limits...160 is too far for me" and never mentioned fighting there or pursued fights there
lil gs own trainer said 168 would be his best weight and he pursued several fights even signing his name to a contract for c havez
thus Floyd/ward total fantasy and unfeasible
whereas ward/golovkin=totally feasible
I realize this will be hard for you to understand
golovkin has never fought at that 154 CW and apparently can only do it for Floyd....so its only fantasy

I wish you would not throw my two favorite boxers in with each other. I think GGG is the world's best middleweight and Spence is the world's best welterweight. Spence only weighed 156 on fight night against Ocampo while Ocampo weighed 162. Spence isn't a big welterweight. At 154 GGG would still be too big and hard hitting for Spence and he would Knock him out in my opinion. Pound for pound I think they are equally good with and edge going to Spence because he is 28 to GGG's 36. Brook was asked who would win between GGG and Spence after he fought Spence and he said GGG would easily win because of his size, strength and punching power. That's why boxing has weight classes.
Not sure how drained Golovkin will be at 154. Just because someone was willing to come down in weight 5 years ago doesn't mean they'd be willing to do the same at 36 against a relatively unknown fighter.
If we're taking 2013 version of Golovkin draining to 154 and current Spence coming up, Golovkin by ko with 6.
Spence will be up at 160 around late 2020 and he'll face GGG in one of his final fights but by that time I suspect GGG might already have at least one L
I'd be amazed if GGG doesn't have a loss by then assuming he fights his mandatories - he's 36 already and visibly slowing down so by 2020 he'll be 38. Also, he'll likely have retired as he has no financial need to keep going.

LOL, Hello Boks! How have you been doing? Believe it or not. I've missed your sound, thought provoking posts.
That makes me feel appreciated :biggthump
Real Talk... First 6 rounds vs Brook Spence was having difficulty getting Brook on to the back foot, even admitting after the fight he didnt think Brook would be so strong. If he found Brook strong at 147... How do you think he would find GGG at 154? Triple G would walk him down id think, yet to see Spence box of the backfoot and use the ring which is what he would need to if he had someone bigger and stronger infront of him
A catchweight is anything between the division upwards and below. You should have said Jr. Middleweight since calling 154 catchweight is kinda weird.Alright doc, I stand corrected. It was bad choice of words. Well can you at least answer the question for me please? Who wins between the two at a 154lb?
Do you know what a catchweight is? Because I assure you that 154 Is not a catchweight.

You just schooled an 11 year old user with one question.
:lol1:
Do you know what a catchweight is? Because I assure you that 154 Is not a catchweight. Then what is your definition of a catchweight then? Moreover, can you recall when GGG was propositioning Mayweather and Pac at that particular weight for years because both were fighting at 147lb just as Spence is currently is. Come on doc! You are an intelligent guy. You know what I mean. This is not the time to get cute. I am serious.
