Then we can mention Floyd and that's still being generous!

Yeah sorry didn't phrase it right today's loma vs the castillo Floyd fought. He arguably beat mayweather in the first fight but lost the second. I would of liked to see a prime jm marquez at lightweight vs loma I think stylistically he matches up well with marquez. pac's speed and southpaw stance gave marquez fits, and loma's footwork is on another level. marquez liked to dip under the left hand and come back with his right hand counter...loma would be stepping around him while he hit air. he'd still have to perform better than he did vs linares tho.

Floyd had solido type problems with Castillo

How would loma do against castillo same one who fought Floyd in his prime. right now as a lw? he outboxes him most likely. Castillo was too slow...would be interesting tho loma wouldn't get through without having to fight in spots.

Floyd is an top ATG, end of story. Where history places him, idk. I don't care what age he was when he fought fighter x,y, or z. He's there, that's all there is to it. Lomachenko? He started pro later, but has accumulated 2 gold medals and is the best amateur likely in the history of the sport. He's ducked no one, and only seems to want the absolute best. His team seems to be smart and imo they understand with that many amateur fights and his activity level in the ring now will not lend to a long career in the pros. If he fought and beat 5 or even 8 of the best guys he could get, and beat them all, not only would he be a first ballot HOFer, but he would be considered by many to also be an ATG... that's right in case anyone takes issue with it... I said could be an ATG with 5-8 more class wins. His resume has cut out many of the bums that other guys who come up slow with less experience come up with... golovkin couldn't seem to get big challenges, yet he stayed at 160 anyway. He's small, he's this, he's that... that's just bullsh1t from loser fans who aren't interested in pure skilled type fighters who WANT the best. Golovkin is 38-0-1 with TWO quality fighters... one very close win, and a draw, 3 if you want to count WW Kell Brook, and if you're REALLY fuggin stupid, you'll count SMW Vanes with a 2 year lay off.... so 35 bums and no hopers. Now based on that, how in the MOTHERF**K would one have him #1 p4p over Lomachenko? That's beyond hilarious. Yeah but all of loma experience up to that point was ametur....and it's a different style...... Not true. He had 6 fights where he was paid, fought without headgear, fights were more than 3 rounds yet were counted as amateur. These were really quasi pro fights.

Oh and just for the record, not disputing that Floyd isn't ATG, he did his time and had his accomplishments, just pointing out that no matter the age, Salido is pretty much a tall order to ask from anyone as their 2nd fight. To be honest i would not pick anybody to beat that salido in just there second fight.....not gonna happen i have seen early meayweather he would not have beaten that salido....in his first 5 fights.....maybe not his first 10 .........
