Why is Clenelo a bigger draw than Lomachenko. Are boxing fans idiots?

Loma is pure excitement! hands down, i would pay 60 dollars to watch him fight. probably the only guy right now i would pay to watch

You underestimate the power and influence of the Mexican and Mexican-American boxing market, young grasshoppa These two pretty much stated the reason why Lomachencko is not as big of a draw as Canelo is. Canelo has, or had, strong support among the Mexican American fanbase and there are a lot of Mexicans in the southwestern United States. People tend to follow who they can identify with and most white fight fans have moved to MMA.
